I can easily scan the QR code at the pump using their app and pay. Also with their app you can add the locations you use the most to your favorites and quickly see what current gas prices are. With a new car wash company popping up on every corner in CHS right now, I still use this locations if I have time. The only thing that I've found at this Spinx location (and many others) is they don't keep up on their lottery scratcher displays. They'll display that they have tons, but when you ask, they don't have the ones displayed. I'm sure it's an annoying part of the job to go around front and remove each card after it runs out, but if I worked there I'd find it more annoying getting asked every 5 seconds for something that's sold out.... I don't know why I called them back, knowing that they didn't take care of the first issue, thinking they would take care of the second issue. I went to store number 79 on Sam Rittenberg Boulevard on October 20 and went to three different gas machines, put my card in for gas and it told me try a smaller amount than 2M. Then it rejected my card. I went inside to have to pay for my gas. Explained the situation and the girl kind of mumbled something and I asked her what she said, and she said huh. After I was done, I wanted to clean my windshield and there was nothing in the windshield washer area and the trash was overflowing. I went inside the store to get lunch items after ringing my order up, I asked the young lady for my receipt as she walked away from me. When she came back, I asked her if corporate's number was on the receipt. She handed it to me with rudeness stating that I should have been nicer and I explained to her I was not rude at all. I just asked you was corporate phone number on the receipt. I proceeded to call corporate leaving very detailed information including time, date, store number, and exactly what happened. I was greeted with somebody that says that they pride themselves on customer service. I was happy to know this was going to be taken care of and just a fluke. So today, October 21 I went back because I needed air in my tires. They were very low and as I was trying to put air in my tires, the air machine was not working. The machine actually took air out of my tires when I was pressing in thinking it was putting it in. The trash was still overflowing. I have a picture to show proof. I then had to ride to another gas station, which was not even close and now tires were even lower. I called back to the customer service rep Canyon and explained the new and old visual issues. (I was already upset. I know I should have not called but I thought based on our previous conversations she cared. Canyon said the manager wrote 2 hours ago he would take care of it immediately. He did not!! I was trying to explain myself, but then I was told that they couldn't physically do anything about it until two hours ago when they personally spoke to me. I explained to Canyon, who told me that customer service was top priority that I was talking over her, and I was yelling which I was not. She proceeded to hang up the phone on me. So I called her back and before I could even get greeted, she answered the phone by saying if you're going to yell, I am going to hang up again. I politely said I am not yelling at all. You will not let me talk. You will not let me explain and you're saying things repeatedly when all I'm asking for is help. At this point I asked her to get me a manager. I was then presented with the fact that she is customer service manager and I said no I want a manager above you because I can't believe that you guys are treating people the way that you're treating people. I got a manager on the phone, but by this time I was so upset I just wanted to file a formal complaint. It should have never gone this far and I just told the lady that I was going to write a review and I wanted to file formal complaint. I went to the website and couldn't find the formal complaint form that she was talking about. It was the same complaint form where it had somebody call me back and I'm not gonna do that again. So here I am on yelp explaining the situation to customers who are going to be going to that location. Please don't! Please think twice. Don't waste your time and energy. When he's working the counter, he yells "Welcome to Circle K!" to all who walk in. He's quick to wish everyone a happy holiday season. I am a member of the Sip-and-Save program, where you can pay $5.99 a month for one fountain drink, coffee (iced or hot), or frostie each day. It's a wonderful deal and has saved me money, as it pays for itself in 4-5 drinks. Plus, Circle K is everywhere in Charleston, so you're never far from a fountain drink or coffee when you need one. I visit this store 3-4 times a week for a drink. As long as Phax and the crew are working, this will be my Circle K.

Maps wasn't helpful to find the gas station in relation to the warehouse store, and it wasn't clear visually when we entered the parking lot. Had to slowly weave through pedestrian traffic before getting close enough to identify. The nozzle hoses are long enough to not worry about which side your gas tank opening is on. But in this case, certain cars were waiting while the next nozzle lay empty, so it ended up being no wait for us. We've realized that the set-up here (3 islands, 2 pumps each for a total of 12 nozzles) is typical. I wonder what the locals here would say if they saw some of the lot bigger gas stations (40 fueling positions) in California.
