I have spoken to the company but, still will like to give a warning for anyone looking for an assisted transportation because there are people who are recklessly driving. The man was an almost bald black man with glasses and he had no care. I was very warned and panicked but was able to gain control. He doesn't use any blinkers and is just overall a bully on the road. This is not the type of person that should be driving and I hope this employee will learn to do better on the road. My car has cameras and I'm happy to have been able to catch the company name and the car number so this employee can learn from his wrongs.

I'm always apprehensive when booking something like this because you never know how smooth or not smooth things will go. Everything went great that day. I like their minivans, doesn't seem to much of a production to get her in and secured. There is room for 1 or 2 additional people that may be traveling with the person (we had an aid with her). They were on time and patient. I'm already using them again.

I have been to AFC twice now for myself and I like them a lot. What I really enjoy most about AFC…read moreis the ability to book and do all check in information online. You can book online days in advanced or even an hour before you'd like to go! It's extremely easy and convenient. Both times I went I experience little to no waiting time and was treated nicely. The staff/docs were great and caring. The second time I went for food poisoning and the PA gave me some good advice about how to introduce certain foods/proteins back into my diet slowly while my body readjusts. I recommend AFC to anyone, they accept a lot of insurances including certain Medicaid plans. Check the website for more info regarding insurance or give them a call!

I have been an customer of Safe Ride Dispatch for two years through MAS, I explained to most of the…read morestaff through using the relay service that I am profoundly deaf and that I can only communicate via text or email; everyone understood and abided by contacting me via text on their personal phone which was never ever a problem; I believe the old staff is gone now and when I contact them through the relay service which is a phone service for the deaf, this woman that answers the phone, after she hears my name starts going on an tirade asking me why I never ever answer the phone when she calls!!!!!! I explained to her that there should be some notes in the account because I have been using that car service for quite some time now so I go into explaining to her that I'm profoundly deaf and I can only communicate via text or email. Seems like this person doesn't want to learn anything because for the third time I had to tell her that I can't hear at all no matter what and she starts that shit again about me not answering the phone when she calls!!! I simply don't know how to get the message across to her and into her hardheaded head that I AM AND I REPEAT I AM PROFOUNDLY DEAF AND I CANNOT HEAR ANYTHING AT ALL AND I CAN ONLY COMMUNICATE VIA TEXT OR EMAIL!!! Today she got on my last nerve and I was running late for my appointment she didn't want to shut up and simply do her job instead she wanted to KNOW WHY I DIDNT ANSWER HER PHONE CALLS.....SO...... TO GET MY MESSAGE ACROSS TO HER LOUD AND CLEAR I TOLD HER TO TAKE THE SCHEDULE BOOKING AND STICK IT WHERE THE SUN DOES NOT SHINE CAUSE SHE HAS CONSTANTLY DISCRIMINATED ME AGAINST MY DISABILITY IVER AND OVER EACH TIME I CALL!!!
