I sat down and waited. 10 minutes later, she called me up to the window and asked for my id, insurance etc. I told her that this was what I had wanted to make sure she had during the 10 minutes she had spent ignoring me. By this time, a few more people had arrived and she smiled at them over my head asking if she could help them etc. I told her that was what I had been expecting from her when I arrived and reminded her I had a 12 noon appt. She said that "there are no appointments" and that I would not be seen at a specific time and that they were "late". I told her she was rude and asked to speak to the supervisor. She told me she was the owner. And this is how she treats her customers!!!! Jennifer Castellano should not own anything. She runs a horrible facility and I intend to file complaints with all possible agencies. I left and drove to another UC at which I was greeted and seen immediately. My appointment time passes, no call. So I call back and the lady on the phone says I had an in person visit and they do not do telemedicine for the flu. I let them know that they should of told me that when I called, instead they have the nerve to put the blame on ME, the patient saying that I should have known that. No, I do not work there, I am the patient and when you looked up my appointment you should of been thorough enough to see that I scheduled a telemedicine and you should of informed me then. I am so sick I am unable to drive so I would of found somewhere else that does telemedicine elsewhere as my sister did it when she had the flu. I'm a pharmaceutical rep, meaning I'm in doctors offices all the time and this is not ever the kind of treatment I have heard given on the phone to patients who are sick nonetheless. Mistakes happen, but own up to it, and don't blame your patients when they are given false information by staff! I should have gone to CVS which I have in the past ($25) and thought I'd go to AM/PM to save 5 minutes. BEWARE! No wonder this place is empty. My insurance company says they will cover an annual physical as they have in past but not when it's coded to urgent care instead of wellness as it was previously. Although they advertise and offer these wellness services on their website, they don't code how insurances require. Buyer beware!

She said I'll be back in a few to provide you with paperwork, diagnosis and script. Someone came in, one of the staff members and hand me a cup and said she wants your urine to be tested - I had no idea why or how this could be when we were just together and it was about my nose. I asked him what for? He replied she will have to go over that with you. So I did it. This doctor came back in and I asked why she took my urine and she said, I almost don't believe I'm writing this, I've run several tests for STDs. I absolutely lost my mind! First of all who the hell is she to question anything like that she would need to ask me some questions about my sexual activity, I asked her what STDs has to do with my nose she had no answer. I left there and for some strange reason since it had been burning under my nose I figured let me fill this prescription Huge mistake! I was then in a situation where I was given a VERY strong, dangerous ointment which resulted in a SEVERE infection - taking the entire side of my face over & according to my dermatologist exasperating anything that could have been wrong to begin with as well as causing this to be 1 DAY away from my bloodstream.
