I sat down and waited. 10 minutes later, she called me up to the window and asked for my id, insurance etc. I told her that this was what I had wanted to make sure she had during the 10 minutes she had spent ignoring me. By this time, a few more people had arrived and she smiled at them over my head asking if she could help them etc. I told her that was what I had been expecting from her when I arrived and reminded her I had a 12 noon appt. She said that "there are no appointments" and that I would not be seen at a specific time and that they were "late". I told her she was rude and asked to speak to the supervisor. She told me she was the owner. And this is how she treats her customers!!!! Jennifer Castellano should not own anything. She runs a horrible facility and I intend to file complaints with all possible agencies. I left and drove to another UC at which I was greeted and seen immediately. Skip this Hillsdale facility-the owner is inept at running it.

I received an additional $16 balance bringing me to $56 for a Covid test. Well you live and learn...NOPE! Just received ANOTHER bill for $23 for the same Covid test. $89 for a Covid test. I should have gone to CVS which I have in the past ($25) and thought I'd go to AM/PM to save 5 minutes. BEWARE! No wonder this place is empty. No one goes back and now I see why because you aren't getting nicer more knowledgeable staff. They don't even deserve a 1 star.

I came here yesterday as a walk-in because I needed an Urgent Care facility. I read Yelp reviews…read moreprior, and was hesitant to even go in since reviews warned about ridiculously long wait times. I called prior to going in and spoke to Aphrodite, who was very helpful and told me that if I got there within a half hour, I would probably have about a 30 minute wait. So calling ahead may be a good bet to see just how much the wait would be for a walk-in. Upon arriving, I was given all paperwork quickly, signed in using the screen on the wall, and true to prediction, I was in a room within 30-45 minutes, which is better turnaround than I've had with an appointment at certain places. The waiting room is also stocked with magazines (and not with just medical pamphlets/medically themed magazines), which I always find helpful for passing the time. The nurse who saw me was lovely and extremely helpful, the doctor (or NP?) was in shortly thereafter, and my prescription was dialed in immediately to my pharmacy. While it was just a first experience, it was a good one, especially since Urgent Care can be so difficult to know what to expect. It may not always be this way, considering I came at 2 PM on a Thursday, but it was still a positive experience.

When I came in with a nasty looking dog bite, I could tell Dr. Zeiger was genuinely concerned for my well-being. She threw everything she had at her disposal to help me but when that wasn't enough, she urged me to go to the ER. Thank God she did because things could've gotten much more serious very fast. Since then, it's always such a comfort to see Dr. Zeiger's face when I come to the Doctor's Office. My family has been in numerous times for various illnesses and we always walk out feeling taken care of. Friends and colleagues have shared the same experiences with me and I'm always recommending this location to those looking for urgent care. If not for Dr. Zeiger, I don't know if I'd feel the same way. She's a gem!

Please read this…read more I had a small but uncomfortable red spot at the base of my nostril (1/2 size of a dime, maybe smaller) This "doctor" took my urine, after examining my nose and sdvising me to FIRST, fill script THEN, follow up with my dermatologist. She said I'll be back in a few to provide you with paperwork, diagnosis and script. Someone came in, one of the staff members and hand me a cup and said she wants your urine to be tested - I had no idea why or how this could be when we were just together and it was about my nose. I asked him what for? He replied she will have to go over that with you. So I did it. This doctor came back in and I asked why she took my urine and she said, I almost don't believe I'm writing this, I've run several tests for STDs. I absolutely lost my mind! First of all who the hell is she to question anything like that she would need to ask me some questions about my sexual activity, I asked her what STDs has to do with my nose she had no answer. I left there and for some strange reason since it had been burning under my nose I figured let me fill this prescription Huge mistake! I was then in a situation where I was given a VERY strong, dangerous ointment which resulted in a SEVERE infection - taking the entire side of my face over & according to my dermatologist exasperating anything that could have been wrong to begin with as well as causing this to be 1 DAY away from my bloodstream. We were waiting from 1 to 3 PM for the nurse to show up. So when nobody showed up at 2:30 PM, we called customer service. They told us that they left a vmail. Our home phone tracks every call - missed or answered. There was no vmail on our answering machine. Our answering machine was not even full. Basically they lied.

They were immediately able to process her bloodwork & discussed her results in terms she could readily understand, while never being condescending or patronizing. They indicated that my sister's Sodium levels were dangerously low & reached out to an on-call ER doctor to determine whether or not there was an outpatient option for treatment. When the ER doctor confirmed their belief that the safest course was to go to the ER, Wesley & Joe presented this to my sister in such an honest and forthright manner that my sister readily agreed with their recommendation (which in itself was miraculous!). At every level, the consideration & expertise exhibited by Wesley & Joe has FAR surpassed any treatment my sister has received in the past several years from any of her doctors, in their offices or at medical facilities, or at the various rehab locations she has been admitted to.
