Joe's fixed them but failed to mention that the upper control arms and links were broken, allowing the whole rear end to move around. The drive shaft was damaged at the U-joint, and the differential pinion seal was busted so the rear differential was leaking. They said nothing and charged four-digits for the repair of the springs. I paid thinking this would resolve my issues; instead, I drove off their lot with a heavy and persistent vibration throughout the vehicle. The dealership I took the vehicle to next couldn't believe nothing was said about all of the other damage that was plainly visible. I do not recommend service here beyond rudimentary maintenance such as an oil change or tire rotation. To do it all over again I would have called a tow-truck.

When the adjuster arrived, Nissan claimed they couldn't duplicate the problem. So I take the truck home -- and surprise -- it immediately does it again on the drive back. I call and they tell me to bring it back in and they won't charge another diagnostic fee. I also explained exactly how to duplicate the issue so they'd be ready when the adjuster came again. I check in the next day and they tell me they were able to duplicate the problem, and they're just waiting to show the adjuster. But when the adjuster actually shows up the following day, suddenly the issue "can't be duplicated" again -- and now the service rep tells me it's probably just my phone. Well, it's not. It does the same thing with my wife's phone too -- and again, they previously told me they saw the issue themselves. Total waste of time and zero accountability. I'll gladly drive farther to another Nissan dealership before I bring my vehicle back to this one. Absolutely unacceptable service.

Yes some parts have to be paid for ahead of time. They're not a bank after all. They are usually pretty well booked up so you will need to make an appointment unless you're really lucky. They don't do tires. For that you will need to go somewhere else. I'm glad I found these guys and I wouldn't trust anyone else with my Honda for mechanical work!
