He didn't just fix what I brought my car in for -- he went above and beyond and noticed the little things that I didn't even mention. The black piece on the back of my car needed attention, and he took care of it. I had a scratch on the right side of my car, and somehow he made it disappear. I'm not even sure if he buffed it out or painted it, but it looks amazing! It's rare to find someone who truly takes pride in their work and treats your vehicle like it's their own. The customer service, the quality, and the extra effort really stood out to me. My black truck was in mint shape, other than the recent collision damage, till this shop flawed it with these issues: Color match after the repaint is off by several shades for just over a 2 year old garage kept vehicle. It took four weeks for them to correct the runs in the clear. Over spray from another vehicle got on mine and they buffed it, rather than wet sanding the over spray off. They even scratched my roof and claimed it did not happened at their shop. The manager is full of excuses and I never got the alleged phone call from them in my attempts to resolve this above his head. This is a low grade repair center.

Why is it my fault their vendor didn't do the work on time? And when I pick up my truck there is a chip in the paint right next to what I paid the hem to fix. Their response, that's from where they taped it up and they forgot to touch it up. And they say it's going to continue to chip!
