She told me to upload two years of tax returns so they could give me a quote. Immediately did that. Lauren Brounley gave me the $525 quote. Then Lauren Brounley told me to do all this work BEFORE she would allow me to book an appointment for my 2025 tax returns! I had to complete and upload: -their form, -my tax organizer, and -all my tax forms This call happened at 10 AM. When I questioned Lauren Brounley why I would have to complete and upload all my tax return and tax forms BEFORE I could book an appointment, she could not explain. HUH???? I was gone all day. CAme home at 4 PM and immediately completed their forms and organizer. That was a LOT of work! At 5 PM I called their office to book the appt; Franc Balistrieri answered. Franc Balistrieri told me he is the "Head Dishwasher" and then announced he changed his mind about doing my tax return....after I had spent all day doing everything Lauren Brounley asked me to do!!
