I had Thuan "Tom" who's quiet intensity and exacting work was more than I expected and more than my regular nail place in Ohio has ever done. He did such good work I expect my nails to last 3 weeks. He finished and I still didn't like them but I told myself I could live with it so I went to go dry my nails and 5 minutes later he told me I was good to go so I left and they left too because they were closed at this point. Immediately after I left I noticed my nails were no where near dry. I told my friend that I'd just come back the next day and just ask them to take them off so that is exactly what I did I went in and ask politely " As soon as I left yesterday my nails got messed up because they weren't dry and this is not what I asked for at all can we please just take them off" He continued to tell me that it was my fault my nails were messed up because I chose to do regular polish instead of gel and that he would charge me $10 to take the nails off the nails that he and the lady messed up on!!! I didn't even ask for my money back I just wanted these ugly ass nails OFF. These people are HORRIBLE at doing nails and don't even know how to properly do nails I'm surprised they are still in business...if you want cheap ugly nails and an owner that doesn't listen and argues with you this is the place to go!!!

I had a pedicure with regular polis. I never put gel on my toes and it has stayed on until they grow out when I do them or a salon does. The last 2 times I went there the polish started coming off after 2 weeks. I went to talk to Trish about it. I explained what was going on and she immediately blamed me for the issue. I had tennis shoes on and 1st she blamed that. I wear tennis shoes all the time and its never been an issue. Who goes to work with flip flops or sandles so their polish wont wear off. Next she asked if I go to the beach. I don't but I saw where that was going. She was going to tell me that was the issue. I wore flip flops for 2 days after the application so it had plenty of time to set. I will NEVER go back and do not recommend this business.
