I got an underarm wax and a short full set for $70. I was forced to add on the manicure when I simply asked for my cuticles to be cut. The wax was very overpriced at $30, competitors in the area are $20. What made it worse was the limited space. There was no room for privacy. In fact, it was in a cubby area where a woman was getting her lashes done inches away from me. Overall I like my nails, but I think it was also overpriced as it's a very short set. read more

This was just a fat no for me. This will Be long, but so many wrong things were done during my short time at this salon. I went in for a fill in, which I had got done in Daytona originally. I loved my previous acrylic set, they had just grown out and I'm a nsb native and didn't want to drive to Daytona. First thing out of the nail techs mouth "who f**ked up your nails" (this is ironic because he ultimately did, not the previous salon), I like stiletto nails and told him so. He proceeded to make them so skinny I told my boyfriend I have puppy nails. He then began the fill in and only put in on the top, so my nails are balled up on the top but much thinner on the bottoms. Once he was done shaping (I would barely call is shaping it was so terrible) I noticed my right pointer finger was very very crooked, I told him so. He told me it wasn't. I again told him I did not like it. He proceeded to angrily make this nail even skinnier. I again told him I did not like it.. he then angrily removed the nail (yes it hurt) and began replacing it. Talking about how the previous salon made it crooked, I told him this was not true because it wasn't crooked before. To top it off he was in such a rush to do the nail he had to fix he didn't shape it on the bottom.. the bottom of my nail has no natural curve... needless to say, I had a terrible experience all around. My nails look terrible. I am so disappointed.. read more

OMG I love my nails! I wanted oval french tip nails and I'd say I certainly got that. The young lady who did my nails was very polite and accommodating. I never really go to Happy Nails and I'm not really sure why because it's pretty great there. Very happy with the results and will go again for my refill! read more

i don't not recommend taking your young girls to this nail salon. Everyone was very nice however, their pricing is ridiculous for children. 12 and 8 year olds small for age as are their nails. Lucky did my nails.... I originally wanted a soak off and full set. The wait was alright. But once she started to do my nails I already knew it would be bad. She took FOREVER. The shape was horrible she got glue all over my fingers. And she even managed to get our fingers GLUED together. I have gotten my nails done my whole life and this was the worst experience I have ever had. She took so long that I had to tell her to skip the last coat of dip powder. Even if she were to do the full process it looked so bad. In the end I told her how unhappy I was and I asked for a discount. She was incredibly disrespectful and rude to me she even started to yell at me. One of the ladies were nice enough to give me about 20 dollars off. My daughter went there for a "fill" for her nails. She asked for them to be cut shorter and the lady said - oh that's a 3 dollar charge. My daughter only had so much cash on her so said never mind. Then she has two nails that needed fixed- which was priced as 3 dollars for each fix- which is fine. When the nails where drying - the nail stylist out this chemical in the nails to dry quickly and it made the polish "bumpy!" The final thing - that really makes me mad- she charged her ten dollars for the "long nails" and two dollars extra for each nail repair due to length. SO my daughter could have had them trimmed for 3 dollars ...and saved herself 7 for the length and 4 more for the repairs. This lady should have explained that she said it would cost 3 dollars to get her nails trimmed. This place took advantage of my daughter. read more

This place should be called Unhappy Nails!! My daughter and I just in there, two gentlemen that did the manicures need additional training. They were rough , jamming nails into the machine which then smudged the manicure. I got a french manicure which he had to redo 3 times as lines were uneven. Then when my daughter paid and tipped the amount that was reflected in the poor service. The owner then announced the tip to the whole salon. Worst experience ever. Employees Sleeping child on chair next to me the whole time. Didn't use the right kind of polish on my pedicure. Told my daughter they could do a particular kind of finish on her manicure but then after they began, said they couldn't. We wasted 1-3/4 hr for 2 pedicures (we ended up canceling my daughters manicure). This was supposed to be a mother daughter experience together but it was bad. Sixty five dollars to boot. The ladies in the salon are very nice and the place is clean. I did the deluxe pedicure, which was ok but if it's the massage you love when getting a pedicure then I suggest you might go elsewhere because the massage was almost non-existent. They also don't do the hot wax with their deluxe. Another disappointment was that a friend and I had an appointment, she arrived a few minutes before I did yet they made my water before I got there so I got the pleasure of soaking my feet in cold water . I have never wrote a yelp review before but this experience was so awful I have to. Please don't waste your money here there are salons that not only charge a better price but also do nails much better. I went in to get a acrylic fill with regular polish. I asked the lady to cut my nails shorter she told me it would be a $3 charge and because they do not accept Apple Pay and my only option was cash I didn't want to give her a lesser tip because I didn't have a ton of cash so I told her not to cut them. She then did many of my nails crooked and although I should have said something I didn't because I felt bad. Well at the end I was charged $35 and I was very confused because the normal charge was $20. When I asked why I was up charged so much she told me she charged me an extra $10 for my nails being long ( which is 7 more than had I got them cut like I originally wanted) and $5 for a fix (when the fix said it was $3 on the pamphlet). On top of all of this While my nails were drying she added something called drip dry to it which she said would help it dry faster, well instead of them drying faster it messed up the nails polish and left it looking un-smooth. With tip I payed $40 for nails I don't even like. I've gotten my nails done for 4 years and never been charged this much for a fill and I've also never received such poor service. When paying this much for a simple Service I expect my nails to be perfect and that's no where near what I received. read more

This place is trash. Their color selection is limited, and the salon is dated and unorganized. My nail tech seemed indifferent and/or angry or was possibly just not feeling well. Whatever her issue was- I felt more like a burden than a customer. My main concern though was how the nail tech washed off each of her tools -IN MY FOOT BATH- prior to using them on me. Arrived as a walk-in as my daughter decided she wanted her nails done. They were veery welcoming even though we did not have an appointment. My daughter did not know what she wanted so the nail tech made a few suggestions which we agreed to. The nails came out great, my daughter is over the moon happy and it was totally worth the $45 plus tip. Also, as I waited for my daughter many other walk ins came in and each were welcomed warmly.
