After being a regular customer for a few years I will not be returning after today's experience. We had an appointment yet overlooked for a half an hour while others with and without appts passed us by. Then they were so rushed to play catch up that my tech cut my foot. to make matters worse, what I thought she was spraying on it to be water, was actually alcohol which to anyone would cause it to burn. When I tried to tell her she was rushing us thru she ignored me and spoke her foreign language to her coworkers etc. many staff members were ignoring customers while playing on their phones. Being fairly new to Port Orange, I went to Van @ Lee Nails. She was nice but smelled like cigarette smoke. Plus after the 3rd time there, she really never carried conversation on and I kept trying. I actually felt out of place there so I never went back after the 3rd visit. Van also acknowledged and carried on conversations with everyone who came in except me. After having my wife sit for 30 minutes after her appointment they did a terrible job. 3. When I called to address the problem they hung up on me. 4. I called back and they told me the owners only came in once in awhile. 5. After being a little assertive I was told to come in and they would reimburse me. 6. It turns out the owners are the people I was talking to on the phone, her husband actually did my wife's service. They are onsite daily. 7. I was not asking for my service to be reimbursed, just my wife. 8. When I got there they refused to give me the money and offered me $20 of the $50 to leave. 9. I told her with their service they need the money more than I do and told them to keep it, then left. There are so many other businesses that operate honestly, it's not worth the battle or my time to deal with these low life's. Run while you can. read more

all was great feet massage wonderful ladies but when I did nails lady was mean with me refused to do my nails as I showed her picture period!! My daughter was getting hers same time and gentleman doing hers and lady doing mine was talking back fourth there languge as doing this she was aggressive with me! Might I say we where turned down and told come back so we made apt for 3pm I am handicap and never barely go out but wanted to treat myself and daughter !! So she was mad I want Dr Pepper color nails the color and 1 design she said no and her the guy back fourth and her seemed mad grabbing my hands which I have bone disease all plus fibromyalgia so I hurt and getting my nails done not what I wanted and never ment be a problem just pretty what I wanted nails saying customers first not with her I was treated very bad and never been treated this way in any nail place or never felt this way it was boss doing daughters nails and girl doing mine arguing about mine. I was so upsett her boss should took over done mine or fired her customers right not her in end my nails where painted awful broke 2nd day and then 3rd then 4th never have I had nails break before 2 weeks never have I been treated so bad but I can say I spent alot including tip and I was crying disappointed and my daughter told me write review so here I am ! I love lee nails!! I get dip on my nails every 2/3 weeks and they have lots of colors to choose from. I usually never have to wait without an appointment which is great because they're usually pretty busy. All of the staff is excellent but Enrico does an immaculate job in a short amount of time! Came here for a wedding party. Not from the area, not sure what to expect. Pleasantly greeted upon arrival. They were warm, kind, and very professional. This place is clean, open, and equipment appears to be newer. They have quite a few services to offer. Manicures, pedicures, waxes, permanent make up, etc...and prices are affordable. The massages and hot stone are pretty long, and they really take care of you. They even offer complimentary water and want to make sure you enjoy your experience. If I could give Lee Nails in Port Orange, FL less than 1 star, I would! On my first visit, Tammy gave me gel nails in the ombré color. The nails looked good, but the cuticles were not trimmed & cleaned up. Also, she left the cuticles dry, never moisturized. Nonetheless, I made an appointment for 1/09/24 for Tammy to do a fill in. On the day of this appointment, I received a call from Lee Nail. I was told that Tammy did not know how to do the fill in for the ombré' gel colors! This is pathetic!! I expect ALL nail technicians to be proficient & competent! I canceled this appointment, then went as a walk-in to another nail salon where I received beautiful ombre' colored powder nails with trimmed, cleaned & moisturized cuticles. Don't go to Lee Nails! Believe me, you can do better! There are too many other nail salons to put up with incompetent nail technicians!! read more

Horrible. Nails were rushed. My sister and I wanted to try a new nail salon to get our acrylics done at. We had been going to Regal Nails and wanted to try somewhere new. The staff was friendly, but the nails were rushed. The nail tech painted on my skin, my nails were filed unevenly, and because they were in a rush to go somewhere, before my sister and I even had a chance to dry our nails, we were booted out of the store. The polish was so poorly done that when I got home I removed it, filed down my nails, and repainted them. I could have done a better job and I have no experience doing acrylics. read more

UPDATE 7/2019 I gave them a try again. I came in last night (Monday) around 6:30. I waited about 20 minutes then got called up for mani/pedi. They informed me that they closed at 7:30 and gave me about 30 seconds to choose a color. I got my nails done at the same time (gel French) which I was not opposed to because it goes quicker. The whole time I was there they let me know multiple times they were closing and I apologized. I let them rush through to finish up because I get it. But my toes got marks during the night due to not drying, in addition to my French sucking big time (Im not even picky. Just give me thin straight lines!!) my left thumb cracked and my right pointer finger peeled LESS THAN 24 HOURS. I returned back (sitting here right now) and they have made me sit here for 50 minutes now because it was "my fault" and "they're not really messed up)... PS I tipped both nail techs $10 a piece on $50 Double update: this is what they call "fixed" after the lady told me "NOW go home and wash your hands". read more

The Husband and Wife Team didn't do a good job at all with the Pink and White here at this shop. I had a Nail Tech who I followed here at this shop where he worked at another shop. Which is why I was sorry to follow him here at this shop! I stopped coming because when I had a back Fill done with my Pink and White, the Nail Tech slipped the drill out of his hand and cut a very deep cut into my cuticle and to this day, my cuticle will not grow in that area and is very sensitive. My finger took a month to heal close to normal and I still have a dent in the cuticle area where I was cut. I have had my nails done for 40 years and this was the worst experience I have ever had getting my nails done. PERIOD!! read more

i absolutely love lee nails , but when ever i get them done they turn out good i love them.... usually nail acrylics stay on for around 2-3 weeks but mine have been on for 5 they will not come off i have pain in my finers and they often burn around the edges when they are adding the glue to the nail, i left the nail saloon and a few days later i started getting numbness in my left ring finger and it's swollen right now but it's getting better , my entire nail came off bc of the acrylic and the pain is terrible!!! but overall the service its alright read more

Went their 4 weeks ago and my toe has not healed yet. Dug into my big toe so much it bled and from that I got an infection. very sore and I don't think she even got the ingrown nail out. My toe was so swollen and red had to get antibiotics and it still hurts. NEVER AGAIN. read more

On vacation and it's a cloudy day so we thought of nothing better than to get a pedicure. Lee's was close to our condo and so we thought we would give it a try. Between the cheesy instrumental 80's music and the fact that the lady started clipping and filing her own nails during my pedi I don't think I would ever recommend this place to anyone or come back. In passing I saw the sign on the window that stated $15 Full Set $13 Fill In. I am new to the area so I thought I'd check them out. As I entered I was greeted kindly and asked what I wanted. I replied with a Full Set Please! The lady said ok pick your color. I replied that I wanted French manicure, to which her response was. Pink and white? I said uhhh well sure French Manicure. I waited for the elderly gentleman I think his name may have been doug? to come in from finishing his cigarette and they told him what I wanted or so I thought? He was friendly and chatty and after about 20 minutes he began applying the acrylic when I noticed what he was doing I stated that I did not want the two separate (pink and white) acrylic application that he was doing. To which he said you want pink and white?! I said yes I want the French manicure but that I do not like this gel acrylic double application as it takes longer, its too thick, I don't care for the way it looks when it grows out. "You know what you've already started go ahead and finish. Its fine. Then I proceeded to ask him what I should ask for when I come in? He said this is pink and white and I said and if I want a regular French manicure...He said that is French manicure pink and white??? Dumbfounded and confused I sat silently while he finished my nails. To make a long story short I couldn't make them understand what I wanted nor could he help me understand what I was asking for and at Check out I was charged $38 for my "Pink and White French manicure" with 2 nail designs that I was quoted $3 for.
