Thought I would give this place a shot due to their reviews on Groupon. Purchased a Groupon package…read morefor the full works. Once I got there I was told I needed to pay another $35 which I did. I stated I wanted the carpets cleaned, exterior done, wheel wells done and engine. We walked the vehicle together and I was told the vehicle wasn't that bad. Fast forward 24 hours later. I pick the vehicle up and it's inside, not much light and I was in a hurry. I quickly walked around the vehicle and it appeared to look better than it did before I took it there. After I got off work I inspected the vehicle with my wife. Quickly we discovered that the vehicle wasn't very clean at all. Opening the center console and looking under the seats nothing had been vacuumed. I was told they would do the headlights for me as an add on. Pictures of their cleaning and mine added. All the windows were streaky and still dirty. There were still stains on the headliner and carpet. After I used some carpet cleaner and a towel it was evident that the carpet wasn't really cleaned at all. The towel was black! On to the exterior, I used a clay bar to take off the rough finish on the paint and used a 3 stage process to buff the exterior. The clay bar was black as well as the towel used to wipe the cleaner off. In the end I spent 10 hours cleaning the vehicle the way I expected to have it done. Lesson learned! Picture in the street is my after. Stay clear of this place!

We were a bit unsure about using this service at first because the Fly and Shine website had been taken down, but when we got to the airport, the signs inside of Garage B were very clear. The dropoff and pickup processes were easy. Our SUV was filled with dog hair when we left and by the time we returned, it was all cleaned out and smelled brand new.
