I have yearly blood work and sometimes extra throughout the year and this is my go to spot. The only reserve I have, which is a big one, is that the older ladies often can't find the veins and will hurt your arm. I know 2 people who said they stop an older lady working here and asked for someone else to do it. It's a nice, clean, fast, and friendly service location but be prepared to be stuck a few extra times if you need blood work.

Let me tell you ladies few things about dr. Lazzaro. I…read morescheduled a consultation with the doctor for a possible breast revision. The previous surgery was from a different doctor. He came in to the exam room and we discussed my concerns and goals, he immediately recommended I go back to my original doctor. Then he still wanted to examine me. What I find wrong with it is if you already told me you not gonna do my surgery why are you touching my breast. He really touched them from every side and squeezed them and pushed them, touched my nipples. Then asked me to show him how I massage them. Then he pulled my panties down to see my c-section scar, and rubbed my stomach and asked to see my whole body. After all that he he said I have a good skin. Why do you touch me and ask me to show you how I massage my breast and pull down my underwear if you already told me you not gonna do the surgery on me. I feel violated and molested at this point. There should be a nurse in a room with a doctor and there was none. Unprofessional. I've been to different plastic surgeons for a consultation and none of them ever allowed themselves to do that. I left the office traumatized and violated.

At the time of the hematoma, as I look back on pictures - I can clearly see my implants were falling into my rib cage. Dr. Lazzaro continued to tell me they were falling too low because my bra wasn't enough of a "push up bra, like a bomb shell bra from Victoria Secret". I had pain, discomfort, and was unable to do any of my normal activities. After 5 months of agony, I went to my OB/GYN who quickly reassured me there was a huge problem. She recommended Dr. Johns with Artisan Plastic Surgery. Dr. Johns diagnosed me with Double Bubble bilaterally. I had to pay for an explant as well as capsulectomy. I asked Dr. Lazzaro's office for a refund, and as of today - I haven't received a penny. Just a comment that they were unaware I was unhappy with my results. Which is a LIE. I was never satisfied with the procedure or the outcome for one day.

The care is almost non existent. I complained that I was cold with chills. The nurse said the room…read morewas hot. I insisted he take my temperature. My temperature was 99. He said see it's ok. I said it was elevated because my normal temperature was 97. He didn't listen. I asked for Tylenol. I told almost everyone that my normal temperature was 97. No one listened. The staff never offered to help me with anything. The care was bad. They acted like I was interrupting their day. How dare I ask them to empty my bedside commode. I never want to go there again. The care sucked. Is there anything less then one star?
