I did hear nurses talking bad about patients at the nurse station which I felt was unprofessional. The cafeteria food is not the best. HIPAA violations, the nurses had other patients names and information on the computer in my sisters room available for everyone to see.

(She was also in the ER and could have stopped in to see me for a moment, but instead she sent a resident hours later.) I was unable to eat or drink waiting for her to decide which increased my nausea. From 8-2am my husband and I were waiting to be moved to a real room only to have to stay in the ER overnight in a room not meant for that. Respectfully; this is why people go with the midwives.

Most health insurance plans are taken. Some tests require prior authorization but your MD's office will handle the leg work on it. I normally come here because it is convenient to where I live and my doctor's office. Appts. are not required for minor procedures. During this visit I needed a simple X-ray. Upon arrival you sign in and register. After that you are asked to have a seat. When your name is called you are directed to the elevators to the 2nd floor and sign in there. Normally the process is swift. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The technician even showed me the X-ray. Course I can't determine anything until the radiologist reads it and sends the report to my doctor. Normally I get my results within a few days. They are located just off of Steubenville Pike in Robinson as you head towards Settler's Ridge. The building has ample parking and valet parking is also available during certain days of the week and certain times of the day. This building houses other professional offices. Due to HIPPA regulations no photos are allowed.

The location is off several bus lines and they have parking available, they will validate your parking if you go to an office. The care I received was excellent and I can appreciate that the Endocrinologist wants me to see a PCP vs him as I am not in need of the specialized care. The analysis done and the changes made since coming here are appreciated and I will go on with a less specialized doctor.

I was experiencing an issue and needed to be seen sooner rather than later. I was able to schedule a next day appointment with century medical association! Once I arrived the staff was wonderful. Super friendly and helpful. I was seen right away. I saw Dr. Vasquez. He was great! Incredibly nice and he thoughtfully answered all my questions. It was a quick appointment but it did not feel rushed at all. I would definitely recommend century medical and Dr. Vasquez!

Daughter is deathly afraid of needles, and they were incredibly patient, kind, and understanding. They made a point of learning her, my, and her father's name. The staff patiently addressed her numerous questions, and reassured her at every opportunity she would "pull through" (it was only ankle surgery). Her room was immaculate, fairly spacious, and comfortable. They kept track of Daughter's own personal wheelchair we brought. and checked to make sure it was adjusted and working properly. We (her father and I) were able to track her on overhead t.v. monitors at all times. Immediately afterward, the surgeon, Dr. Macalus Hogan, came out to discuss Daughter's surgery privately with her father and I. I would highly recommend this facility.
