I attended the presentation and followed their instructions to the letter. They denied my requests and send back my check stating they don't take personal checks! I called them and spoke to a supervisor that was rude and did not try and help me in any way! They only use the postal service and don't have any website you can choose your dates to make it easy and streamline. They only correspond by snail mail! In the 21st Century when you everyone has a cell phone in their pocket you don't have a website?? They refused to give me information over the phone about dates that are available, instead they just said "write a letter". They said they were not affiliated with any other travel companies that offer promotions using them! This place needs to be investigated by the attorney general of Florida for fraud!! Their have deceptive practices and pray off of people that think they are getting what they were promised! They give you such a run around that you finally throw your hands in the air and say forget it!
