I had upper blepharoplasty here in October 2025. Since the surgery, I've had ongoing issues with severe dry eye and corneal inflammation. The biggest problem is that the doctor never sees patients for follow-up. You only see technicians who have no knowledge of the surgery and cannot help with any complications. There is basically no real aftercare. Very disappointed. I am still struggling to see my surgeon for post-op follow up. read more

I had lipo 360 and my pubic area done in September 2022 by Dr. Lyly (back when it was called HZ Plastic Surgery), and the results were terrible. I ended up horribly uneven: the left side of my back/bra roll looked untouched, my abdomen was significantly lumpy, and my mons pubis was never lipoed despite paying for it. During a follow-up appointment, I voiced my concerns to her, but she dismissed them, saying my back and stomach would level out, which they never did. She also mentioned that if I wanted my mons pubis smaller, I would need an additional procedure called a monsplasty. I stopped going to the follow up appointments after that. Had she of been understanding and willing to accept her mistakes and then offer a solution, it would have saved me so much anguish. But instead, arrogance. The terms you sign say they will do a free revision surgery after six months if the results are not as expected. However, given her denial of my concerns and her insistence that everything was fine, I didn't trust her to operate on me again. Firstly, she was incompetent the first time, so why risk further damage? Secondly, why let someone who won't admit their mistakes and is argumentative operate on me again? Her Instagram shows pictures of people with great-looking results, so I'm sure she does good work sometimes, but not always. I was 25 at the time and chose her based on her posts, which I now regret. I wish I had chosen a more qualified surgeon from the start, like I did the second time. The second surgeon said it looked like a new student did the work lol. I should also add that I paid her around $9-$10k for this dumpster fire. The prices here are absolutely insane compared to other places with more qualified surgeons and higher volume. The revision from surgeon two was $5,250. I've waited a long time to post this review (2 years). I have had a few people ask for recommendations recently and it prompted me to just write out my experience with this place. Six months ago, that second surgeon fixed the disaster Dr.Lyly caused, and now everything is even and my mons pubis is perfectly flat. I did have scar revision at this medical office. I am satisfied with the results so far it's been three weeks out. The only thing I can really say that I am unhappy with, is that I thought would be a little bit thinner and smaller when you do it stitches in your stitching it together in a very lax area, such as underneath the eyebrow. The scar is pretty much is the same size is just got repositioned into a hidden area which is less visible. For three stars, it was average expectations like it was not above and beyond my expectations that the customer service and the vibe could be better from the medical assistants and nurses, and the aftercare instructions could've been more in depth. The only person that really checks in with you is this automated system called Klara. They will get back with you if you ask a question on the messaging application. read more

First let me start by saying, Its hard to find good ethical plastic surgeons and I thought I found a good one. My problem began when they contacted me after my consultation, saying they had a cancellation. Payments were made and surgery was cancelled due to limited time for medical clearance and Hurricane Ian came on the day of surgery. Since the office was closed they were working remotely. I called left voice messages, text messages, emails. No responses of any kind. I put in a dispute with Capital One because I was not getting a response and accruing interest. Finally, Saudi called me back and refunded the one card that hadn't been disputed. I had no reason to think that they were going to delay this for over a month. Finally after many follow up text messages with Saudi, Mr. Gary Muzzonigro CEO for HZPS contacted me as of October 23,2022. I explained he needed to respond to Capital One and stop delaying this refund. As of October 24, 2022, HZPS finally responded to my credit card dispute. According to Capital One, The response Stated that I was due a refund but that I agreed to receiving a check from them. This is Not true! More delay tactics since sending a check can take up to 45 days while I'm accruing interest. Mr Muzzonigro is a LIER!!!! While awaiting for my refund, my surgery was rescheduled for March 2023. After speaking to Capital One the evening of (October 24,2022) in reference to their response and lying about this false agreement. I have no interest or trust for HZPS. I will not be using HZ Plastic Surgery EVER! read more

First let me start by saying I did a ton of research and had a few consultations before making my decision. One doctor wanted to do so much extra stuff that I didn't want or needed. So let me start my review on the Hz office. I called and that same day I had my consultation from the moment I walked in I felt comfortable, everyone was super friendly. When I got called back with Frances I felt like I was talking to one of my friends, she was very thoughtful and very attentive when it came to listening to my wants and needs, I had absolutely no second thoughts when it came to booking my surgery. My pre op was even great I met Dr. Z and felt very comfortable as well, he didn't push any other surgeries or procedures, completely listened to my needs. When my surgery day came everyone was super sweet and even though I got super nauseous from the anesthesia everyone was still great about it and we all laughed. The days following my surgery Frances checked in on me and kept in touch as well as answering any questions I might have! I mean I've already recommended Dr.Z to people and I haven't even had my 6 weeks post op lol.. you seriously can not go wrong with this team!
