I will not let this go until I hear back from Someone who is the supervisor of these 2 who treated me so terribly.I had a terrible visit at the Rotman Location on Route 73 in My appointment was for 3 pm with Dr. Mark Wang in the Rothman Building. I was given the appt. By Rothman Orthopedic downstairs. I was told Dr. Wang would be on the THIRD floor (no big deal) but After exiting onto the 4th floor is where my nightmare begins. The first employee I saw was a woman named Cee but she wouldn't Look at me as she sucked the straw of her orange soda so I went To the right and found a woman named "Rasche" she told me something Like she was done for the day and back to Cee I was sent. I told her that I was on the 3rd floor for a while and now I'm up here. Cee replies "Well, Why are you taking that out on me?" She then turned to Rasche and asked Her to "Please take care of 'this ONE' for me I can't deal with "this" now. I ignored that and said that I have An appt. With Dr. Wang......Cee instantly corrects me and said "IT'S WONG" (Rasche also corrected my mispronunciation of the Doctor's name) I told both of them that I had a problem with the kiosks that were at the Elevator's exit door and would Rasche please help me because it was now Past 3 pm. I got so infuriated that I asked myself why am I being subject to This horrible treatment and I haven't met the Doctor yet. I have a badly sprained right wrist and it's a month old. Finally I wander over To the seating area on the 4th floor and I see CEE and Rasche pointing at me While holding onto their IPAD and laughing at me. Since I did the new patient paperwork on their portal website, I was told I was all set. Everything went seamless from the beginning to the end. I also want to add that I followed my practitioner APRN, Natalie Bowles from one practice to this one. Her care is excellent and she's very thorough. By the way, while I was waiting to be seen, I noticed the Medical Director of the practice, Dr Marcantel, overseeing everything to make sure things were running as they should. It was a nerve wrecking experience for my family and I for several months. I am disappointed on how I was treated during this time by this office. I continually needed to follow up for orders, for information and unless I scheduled a in person or telehealth appointment, I couldn't expect to get any questions or concerns addressed. Even after scheduling the appointment, the doctor was late and left feeling unsupported. So basically if I wasn't billable I wasn't important. I finally got my final results in which I had to message the office, twice, about discussing and they wanted me to wait 21 days until my next scheduled appointment to discuss. I found this ridiculous. When I complained, without much empathy or compassion I was just offered to schedule a sooner appointment. While they couldn't call me to discuss my test results and answer my questions or respond to my messages in the portal without me following up, they were able to call me to ask me to send my medical scans to their office because now they off 3D mammogram scans in office. Again, your only important if you're billable to them. This isn't a doctor's office I want. Patients and their families deserve more care and consideration than what I was given. I will be looking for another doctor and strongly recommend you do the same.

What was most frustrating was not the equipment issue itself, as unexpected problems can happen, but the lack of communication and follow-up. We received no advance notification that the machine was unavailable, which resulted in us losing valuable time, travel expenses, and a morning of work. We were also disappointed that no effort was made to help us reschedule before we left. We were simply told that the scheduler was not available and that we would need to wait to hear from someone later. Patients who have waited months for an appointment deserve better communication and a clear plan when issues arise. A phone call, text message, or immediate rescheduling option would have prevented a great deal of inconvenience. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and that steps are put in place to improve communication and patient service so others do not have a similar experience.

I've called multiple times over weeks/months, left detailed messages (including one for a supervisor over a week ago with no callback), sent written requests, and followed up persistently--yet nothing gets done. The insurance and pharmacy confirmed they're waiting solely on this office to submit paperwork, but the staff either doesn't respond or promises action that never happens. This has caused significant delays in starting treatment for my chronic condition, which is frustrating and unacceptable when dealing with a serious lung issue. The doctor herself may be fine clinically (I can't speak to that part), but the front office and admin team are disorganized, unresponsive, and seem overwhelmed or indifferent to patient needs.
