The reviews…read moreare great so I felt like this would be a good choice and so far after two appointments, I really like this clinic and Dr Mailer. Before coming to Sand Lake Dermatology I had a biopsy at another clinic and was scheduled to have a carcinoma removed. I was unable to have this done at the other clinic so I booked the first appt available with Sand Lake Dermatology which was set for the end of July. Once I was able to get my records sent to the clinics, a staff member called me right away and moved my appointment to have a carcinoma removed from my face to last week. Because of the interactions I had over the phone and online with this clinic, I felt comfortable having this clinic remove the carcinoma even though I had not even seen the clinic nor doctor. While I was mildly aware of what the procedure entailed, the staff that prepared me answering questions and numbing me(Marisol and Aaron) were great and made me feel comfortable. Dr Mailer was just as nice and made me feel comfortable. I was of course aware of the dr performing the procedure, I couldn't see it and didn't feel it. The procedure is called Moh's procedure where they typically cut away the determined margin around the affected area, bandage you up and let the patient wait in the lobby while the removed specimen is being reviewed in the onsite lab. If the lab determines that not enough was removed to show clear margins, the patient is brought back in and the dr removes more repeating the process until margins are clear. In my case, the dr removed all that needed to be removed leaving clear margins so after the lab results returned after a couple of hours, I was brought back into the procedure room and the dr proceeded to stitch up my wound applying dissolving stitched under the skin and removable stitches outside. My appointment for follow up and outer stitches removal was set for one week later( this past Tuesday). I was prescribed a heavy antibiotic and advised to keep Vaseline on the stitched up area and keep it covered with a bandage that is changed daily. Once I was stitched up, I mentioned a growth I have noticed on my eyelid and the dr suggested that on my follow up appointment she would take a biopsy. So this past Tuesday I had stitches removed, the area where I had stitches seems to be healing well and it doesn't appear that there will be a heavy scar. I am happy to see this as the area that was removed was quite large and the area stitched was quite long. The nurse, Natalie numbed my face, the stitches were removed and I didn't feel anything. They also numbed my eyelid so the biopsy could be taken. This is a sensitive area so this was a bit more intense but it went quickly and the biopsy was done. I will likely have results next week. What could have been a high anxiety first procedures (I've never had any surgery or stitches) turned out to be a pretty smooth experience. I recommend consideration of Sand Lake Dermatology as the staff and Dr Mailer were great, the waiting room is comfortable and even the staff that manages scheduling, check in, check out, nurses, physicians assistants all made me feel important, individual and taken care of. I wish all medical experiences could be similar to what I experienced.

As a former athlete, with a now demanding job of travel and sitting in conference rooms, I found that the over 40 curse was hitting me in all the wrong parts - stomach, hips, outer thighs, and waist. So, I decided to go in and get the consultation at SonoBello. I was immediately impressed with the way everyone was so supportive and cheery. I went in feeling nervous and depressed, and came out with a plan. Chelsea explained everything clearly and I was on my path to transformation. Dr Siemian was awesome! I'm one of those people who will get anxious just by giving blood, but he kept me calm and relaxed the entire time. I brought in my music playlist and we chatted and sang through the whole procedure. I could immediately see the difference the next day and continued to see progress through the following 6 months. However, due to some other personal circumstances, I wasn't able to follow the post-op plan as I should have. That was on me. There was a very noticeable difference from the first pictures to the 6-month pics showing great progress. So, at my 6-month post-op, I decided to get a 'tune up' consultation. I went for round two to improve some other trouble areas. It's been 3 weeks and I've followed all post-op procedures to a T, including exercise and diet. I'm at my best I've been in ages and I don't think I would have gotten to this point without SonoBello! If anyone is considering this as a transformation option, take the first step and get the consultation. You'll meet the fabulous staff and probably get some great input from previous patients (like me), that can help ease your worries. You'll be so happy with the results!

A special shoutout to Maggie -- she was so patient and understanding with me during the booking process and made sure every detail was handled perfectly. She truly went above and beyond to make sure I felt taken care of from start to finish. It's only been two weeks post-op and I can already see my results -- I'm obsessed! It was like talking to a friend instead of a Dr. Dr Pope had ZERO arrogance - just knowledge to share with me. I went into the office slightly on guard after a bad experience at Dr Sotos office for a consultation. This appointment was everything a consultation should be. It was $100 to book which is fine for me. I'd be personally scared of any dr doing "free" elective consultations - when you're that good - you know you're value. Kelly was the one to go over pricing and the process at the end. She's very thorough and pleasant to speak with. A fabulous experience! I will be having surgery in January & update this review with info on the procedure!

I cannot recommend Dr. Tower enough. She is an incredible plastic surgeon, but even more…read moreimportantly, she is a compassionate doctor who truly cares about her patients and their results. A little about my journey: after gastric bypass surgery, I lost 80 pounds. Between that weight loss and two pregnancies, I wasn't happy with my body anymore. On July 23, 2025, I decided to have my first plastic surgery with a different surgeon. Unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed with my results. Just a few months later, my body changed for the worse, and I felt frustrated and discouraged. That's when I found Dr. Tower. From the moment I met her, I knew she was different. During my consultation, she spent nearly two hours listening to my concerns, explaining everything in detail, and making sure she understood exactly what I wanted. I never once felt rushed. I decided to have my revision surgery with Dr. Tower on February 11, 2026, just six months after my first surgery. She replaced my breast implants and performed liposuction on my abdomen, and I honestly could not be happier with my results. The biggest difference wasn't just her surgical skill--it was the level of care she provided. If I ever had a question or concern, she was always available. I had her number on speed dial, and she always made me feel like a priority. In comparison, after my first surgery, I didn't even speak to or see my previous surgeon for four months. There were no follow-ups, no check-ins, and I felt completely alone during my recovery. Dr. Tower goes above and beyond for her patients. She genuinely cares, takes pride in her work, and wants you to be happy with your results. That kind of dedication is rare. Looking back, I only wish I had chosen Dr. Tower for my very first surgery. She completely restored my confidence, and I am beyond grateful for everything she has done for me. If you're considering plastic surgery or need a revision, I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Tower. She is truly one of a kind.

As I'm over 50, I've been through many surgical procedures in my time, and as I grow older, it's good to know I'm in the best of hands (no pun intended!). During my first consultation, Dr. Patel treated me like a person, not a procedure. He listened. He explained things clearly. I'm still healing, but I can already tell that my final result will be flawless -- genuinely better than I, or anyone, expected. Thank you, Dr. Patel. Thank you for taking such great care of me. Having seen firsthand the results of his patients, I would highly recommend him to anyone considering plastic surgery. A friend of mine broke her nose and he performed a beautiful rhinoplasty. Aside from being a friend and former colleague, I was also a patient of his. I saw Dr. Patel several times for botox injections for management of my TMJ headaches as well as for aesthetic reasons. I am very expressive and tend to raise and furrow my eyebrows often. At age 26 I already had lines of wrinkles forming on my forehead. Dr. Patel was able to do injections so they reduced the amount of raising and lowering I could do with my eyebrows and still look natural while helping to prevent further wrinkling. I was very happy with the look of the results and how smooth it made my forehead. I highly recommend Dr. Patel for plastic surgery and aesthetic procedures. =)
