The appointment felt much shorter than any laser session I've had at other LaserAway locations. Throughout the treatment, the provider kept looking at her watch, which made me feel like she was in a hurry to finish. At the other LaserAway locations I've visited, the provider always marked the treatment areas first to make sure every section was covered. That wasn't done during my appointment here, and combined with how quickly the session went, I left feeling like not every area was treated thoroughly. I've always had great experiences with LaserAway, which is why this visit stood out. They're located right in the heart of Winter Park right on the second floor above The Imperial. I was greeted right away by a sweet man named Mark at the front desk as he offered me a beverage. I chose white wine... because wine not? Filling out paperwork was a breeze. I was guided to my room where I got to meet the nurse practitioner who did my Botox treatment. What can I say? She wouldn't see me until I filled out the paperwork, despite that nothing has changed in my medical history since the last time I was here. So, there would have been plenty of time to complete my procedure (laser hair removal) despite my late arrival if I hadn't had to repopulate additional paperwork. Wouldn't rate so low over the address mix up -I understand I was late- but the woman Diana was so insistently arguing me about how I had been to this location before (I had not, my last appt was in 2014 which I know bc she looked it up -wasting more time I could have been getting the treatment) and how she had been clear to mention the "north" part of the address when calling to remind me. Obviously either of us could have been correct, but I am usually one that pays close attention to detail so I feel like I would not have missed that - and either way my biggest issue is the lack of professionalism to argue with me in front of other customers about how I had been to this location before. Update Oct 4th - In response to the doctor's review below...I did choose to wait for over an hour and a half to see if Diana would fit me in. There were 2 separate times where she was on the computer for 20 minutes, not treating me and not treating other patients and when I asked if I could be seen then she said she had to fill out her post treatment documentation immediately. So after almost two hours of waiting, I decided not to waste any more of my vacation day sitting in this (albeit very nice) office being talked down to and ignored. Also my apologies for not remembering the exact location of an office building I had not been to in 3 years in a state I don't live in.
