Anna is amazing, I went to her the first time. but the second time I went I was with Nikki (the owner) and this was authentically the worst appointment I've EVER had. 1. she was so rude, almost mean to me when I asked if she had lash variations. 2. she was not gentle, she splashed water all over my eyes and was pressing very harshly down on my lids (I asked her to be gentle because I've had lasik surgery and that level of pressure/rubbing is what causes blurry vision). she was also shaking and I was so nervous with her tools that she might harm my eyes. I was actually AFRAID. 3 she smelled like cigarettes and was breathing on top of me. no attention / awareness to trying to make it a "zen" experience 4. she tried to charge me extra because "it takes so much more time to get all the lashes out" and she said I was 10 minutes late, I was 3 minutes late, it just took her a while to get set up. she seems unprepared. she decided to do more when another client came in, but didn't inform me that would be extra $$$. 5. she wasn't able to do what I asked (not very good in my opinion), but claimed she was so much better than all her employees and that's why she was able to charge more. i told her it was unethical to charge more than what I had purchased without properly communicating upfront. 6. she then proceeded to lecture me as I kept trying to leave, completely disregarding my next meeting, after yelling at me for being late 7. the glue is so thick (like little balls) near the base of the lash, where as normally you can't even tell it's there. honestly, the lashes look ok, but overpriced and not worth the rude treatment. anywhere else I would get a 40x better service, higher quality lashes, and it's 1/4th of the price overall, this was the most horrifying beauty treatment I've ever done and I've never felt so disrespected while going to a place that's suppose to make you feel calm and nurtured. Maybe she was having a bad day, idk. seemed like she hated me the moment I walked in. incredibly rude and disrespectful. unbelievable attitude problem. just not a nice person :( read more

I was extremely nervous because I've previously done my eyebrows from one of the best in California. 5 years later it's fading and I need a touch up but didn't want to travel in order to get what I wanted. The owner is very unprofessional. The current facility is in extreme disrepair with ceiling tiles splayed out throughout the facility. I have had lashes done for years, with no issues. Nicole was very professional in her care and execution of the micro-blading for my brows. I was nervous to do this, as I wanted a very natural look, but she made sure I was getting exactly what I wanted, with the freedom for me to continually "peek" and let her know my preferences as we went along. The process was much faster than I had expected, and did not hurt, as she continually applied a numbing balm. Unfortunately I developed a terrible allergic reaction to my eyelash extensions which vacationing in CO. My husband called countless salons for someone that can remove my lashes but they were either closed or was not able to accommodate us although it was an urgent issue. Nikki returned a voicemail my husband left her and went above and beyond, while on crutches to remove my lash extensions. Nicole is incredible ! before finding Nicole I had to go to Denver 2x a month. She is very flexible doing them out of her home and much more affordable then getting them done in any salon. She is the only one in vail valley to use Xtreme brand which is the only glue on the market to be medical grade and hypoallergenic. I have been in ER twice from allergic reactions to other glues so I only see her. She does an amazing job and I would not trust anyone else with my lashes !!! read more
