This Thanksgiving I realized the true meaning of gratitude. I am truly grateful for Kacee at cKaceeGo and this is why: When I started my cryo treatments in May of this year, I saw instant results. I had booked Kacee to do my hair for my wedding. I received a call 3 days before the wedding telling me that she had double booked for the day and would have to start my hair at 8am...a full 6 hours before the wedding. I ended up having to find someone else to do my hair that day. It was a horrible experience trying to get my deposit refunded and she would not refund my trial with her. The only reason I did the trial was to see what we would do for the wedding day. I would not have spent $200 to get a trial done knowing she would flake out right before the wedding. After reading Kirsten's review, I want to warn others about my similar experience with Kacee. After booking her months in advance, she told me shortly before the wedding she had overbooked herself and cancelled. This left me with very little time to find someone else and caused a tremendous amount of stress. I didn't even get a trial with the new hairdresser because of the time crunch Kacee left me with.
