So I turned to Yelp to find the closest and best hair place. Which lead me to Tamar Dupre Salon. Made my appointment online which made everything easy peasy. As it got closer to my appointment day I received an email to confirm. The day of the appointment they call me as the streets out front are closed for a street festival. Truly appreciated the heads up as I am not from the area I managed to park on a side street and walk over to the salon. Although I was a couple minutes late I was still well received openly. That's a nice feeling as it is hard enough when you are stressed to arrive late at an unfamiliar place. I asked for the ladies room and it was clean as the rest of the salon which was spotless. If I was here again I could use their private parking lot which is a definite plus. Samatha was the stylist who washed and blow dried my hair for the wedding I was going to. She styled it exactly the way I wanted and miraculously it stayed in place all night despite the humidity. At the end of my appointment I even bought the product she used in my hair as it is to assist your hair with humidity. I am sure it will be great same as this salon. They are very much deserving of the five star rating that they currently hold. Would definitely comeback on my next visit to Safety Harbor!

She technically did a color correction on a bad bleach job for me and I almost happy-cried when I put my glasses on and saw what she did. I walked into a beautiful, clean, relaxing space, well decorated and smelled amazing! Stuart spoke to me first and really listened to my concerns. He is an expert with curly and wavy hair.
