The project would include controls for locks, security, music, Video, lights and shades. All items would be controlled by one single user interface. Most of use have some of these items yet they all don't work on one interface or program. I iPhones are filled with apps for everything. Fun but not functional. In my journey to find a local dealer for my entire system, one product was missing. Automated shades. I wanted a laundry list of features which included but not limited too: a) Easily rechargeable batteries (Not replaceable); b) Inside the window mount; c) bedroom windows with both a blackout and sun shade; d) Automated; e) compatible with my home automation system which is Control4; f) If at all possible, no facia needed. The only product that suited all my needs was called, Screen Innovations (SI). I called SI home office and got a list of installers. I interviewed them all. Mozaic Audio Visual was the BEST of the BEST. When you invest in your home for really high quality automated shades, you want experience in service as well as installation. There is two companies in Birmingham that provide this product. One is the largest in town, they other is a new dealer. The largest simply was to busy to communication in a timely manner. The other dealer was great but too new to rate. Instead, I used Mozaic whom is located 90 minutes away. They did GREAT. Installation, simple, quick, and done on the day they said they would do it. Issues after the fact, a few but all resolved instantly. Communication, within a hour or two max. Service after the fact, handled with one phone call. You can't ask for anything more. Folks, read my reviews. I don't hold back. If a company does the job, I say so. If they don't, I speak my mind in the most professional way. We all deserve to get the product, service and installation we pay for. Mozaic does just that. Just my two cents.

They even figured out a defect in one of the pieces of equipment and went out of their way to fix it. I recommend Mozaic for A/V work wholeheartedly and with no reservations. North Alabama is fortunate to have these guys available for any kind of A/V setup/installation.

LIARS LIARS LIARS LIARS LIARS LIARS LIARS Q - What happens AT&T when you outsource and off-shore your customer service department? A - You get a lot of pissed off customers that will flock to your competitors. I am now one of them. Despicable treatment by a group of totally untrained, uneducated, incompetent L I A R S First call 10/17 - This is where I lost 51 minutes of my life trying to explain an issue to their incoherent representatives. First Eileen who was totally useless. Then her 'supervisor', Jasmine who guaranteed me I would receive an email from someone on their tech team within 72 hours, Ticket #1-236907879796R2. It sounded far-fetched, but I gave her the benefit of the doubt. 10/24 - As anticipated, no response. Called again and spoke with Sierra who again, was of no use. I asked to AGAIN speak with a supervisor. After waiting for 1 hour 27 minutes (stupid me) with her coming back on the line every so often to assure me that the supervisor was coming, she disconnected the call. I guess that was her way of letting me know that a supervisor wouldn't be coming after all. Right back at you AT&T/DirectTV. Tomorrow, it's my turn and I will be one to hit the disconnect button and terminate your services.

After visiting my dad for a few weeks, I have concluded, I would never have this provider. Even on fair weather days, my dad has interruptions at random times throughout the day. With no weather conditions , no obstructions and installation provided by professionals, I find it completely unacceptable to charge over $100 per month for an average plan.
