Their expertise in the home theatre business is recognized as being among the best. Their knowledge of many electronic devices and hookups is beyond comparison. Dave spoke at great length with both gentlemen with respect to home theatre merchandise and their recommendations for quality home theatre sound equipment. Dave is a home theatre aficionado and has spent tens of thousands of dollars on equipment rated the best. He said these men know their business well. I was interested in home theatre seating. Looking around stores in Huntsville I couldn't find anything that caught my eye or looked especially good. I searched locally for a few months and found a web page that mentioned We Mount TVs and a showroom. I went to the location but couldn't find a showroom. I called and left a message. I was called back by Gavin, the owner, and spoke about home theatre seating. I made an appointment with William to come to my house to measure for furniture and to look at what was available. William arrived on time and explained to me they sell home theatre furniture made by Octane Seating, High Performance Comfort. Octane Seating has various price ranges, high to low. I liked the idea of options but I wasn't sure I want to buy sight unseen. William told me that Gavin has the seating at his place. I asked if it would be possible to see the Octane Seating and was told they will contact me with a date and time. I was able to see and sit on the Octane Seating, High Performance Comfort. This high end soft leather with heat and massage is luxurious and comfortable. You can sit just like in a movie theatre or you can recline with your feet up. The high end version offers heat, massage, head rest and lumbar support. Yes! The only thing this seating does not do is stand me up like a lift chair would. I highly recommend this seating. While looking at the seating, I noticed a nice tv, end tables that turned out to be subwoofers, and a very nice pre/pro. Gavin's wife turned on the home theatre system so we could listen and watch. Mighty impressive!!! I looked around the room noticing the center channel, 2 side speakers, speakers in the ceiling and sound boards on the walls. A sound board to me is boards on walls to enhance sound and that's about all I know about that. Truthfully, the experience at Gavin's place is dynamic. Sitting on luxury leather with sound coming at you from all directions made me feel like I was in the cockpit while watching Top Gun Maverick. I had to have the same sound and similar tv at home. Gavin contacted his suppliers and I was able to purchase before the tariffs kicked in. He saved me a considerable amount of money. William and Gavin came over to install the home theatre seating. I was speaking with William and he helped me design a media center that Gavin will build for me. I didn't see anything on the internet that I liked and I had to make sure the wood was solid to hold my heavy VPI turntable. If you are a home theatre aficionado and enjoy beautiful pictures and dynamic sound, please give Gavin a call to discuss options. The project would include controls for locks, security, music, Video, lights and shades. All items would be controlled by one single user interface. Most of use have some of these items yet they all don't work on one interface or program. I iPhones are filled with apps for everything. Fun but not functional. In my journey to find a local dealer for my entire system, one product was missing. Automated shades. I wanted a laundry list of features which included but not limited too: a) Easily rechargeable batteries (Not replaceable); b) Inside the window mount; c) bedroom windows with both a blackout and sun shade; d) Automated; e) compatible with my home automation system which is Control4; f) If at all possible, no facia needed. The only product that suited all my needs was called, Screen Innovations (SI). I called SI home office and got a list of installers. I interviewed them all. Mozaic Audio Visual was the BEST of the BEST. When you invest in your home for really high quality automated shades, you want experience in service as well as installation. There is two companies in Birmingham that provide this product. One is the largest in town, they other is a new dealer. The largest simply was to busy to communication in a timely manner. The other dealer was great but too new to rate. Instead, I used Mozaic whom is located 90 minutes away. They did GREAT. Installation, simple, quick, and done on the day they said they would do it. Issues after the fact, a few but all resolved instantly. Communication, within a hour or two max. Service after the fact, handled with one phone call. You can't ask for anything more. Folks, read my reviews. I don't hold back. If a company does the job, I say so. If they don't, I speak my mind in the most professional way. We all deserve to get the product, service and installation we pay for. Mozaic does just that. Just my two cents.

They approached me advertising their system and told me that I could be a demo home, getting my equipment for free if I put up a sign in my yard to pull in my business. I also was promised free monitoring, which I did get for a limited time. The monitoring is sourced to a third party Alarm.com-nothing special about that. The most ironic part is that their technicians and lead project manager/salesman, put a big hole in my newly purchased home b/c they thought they hit a "fire wall" when attempting to hardwire the panel. It was only my light switch on the other side of the wall. I had to have them come back at least five times to complete the repairs, painting and installation of the system was less than flawless even after that snafu...they couldn't get the system online for several hours. This "smart home" requires an internet connection to work and if the connections are not the best (in a rural area) you will never see what the desired result is; I was constantly going offline. After all of these disruptions and issues, I asked to be let ouf the contract, which as I stated, in the beginning was never supposed to be. They are refusing to let me either return the equipment, which is worth about 1k, but they are charging me 5k; Or cancel the contract all together and let me walk. Stay far away from this company. It's a money grab, and not even hardly worth the purchase price.
