They came and everything they said they were going to do in the quote was like pulling teeth. The limb they were supposed to cut was only the branches off of it. I did not argue and I paid the amount quoted because it came with a $40 maintenance fee. I called again and the maintenance fee went up to $150. I would not recommend this company and advise you to see alternative means. Additionally, the owner's son was left to do the initial work and I was told he didn't speak English. Since the tree was on my side of the fence I asked the 'climber' to try to get all of its parts to fall my way and not bother my neighbor with a cleanup.
