This company installed a shower door for a bathroom remodel. They left a 1/2 inch gap and guess what happened? Water leaked out. They came back in placed a rounded something or another that still left a gap and water still leaks out. My old shower was very old, ugly & cheap looking. However, it did not leak. The quality of the shower doors is excellent. The installers were cordial and friendly. After the work was completed, we noticed a hole in our custom stone shower threshold. I reached out to our contractor and he said he spoke with Stuart about this. Stuart told him that he spoke with the installers and they denied drilling the hole. Looking at the photo you can clearly see that the hole is directly across from the bracket that holds the glass. Sad that they wont take ownership and responsibility of the issue. Now, my contractor needs to find someone to fix this mistake. read more

Valencia Custom Shower Doors did a wonderful job installing the custom glass on my new shower. Their selection of design choices was great. I went with a brushed gold colored finish on the hardware and added a much needed towel bar on the stationary part of the glass. The highlight of the shower is the Starphire low iron glass which was the perfect option for my subtle cream colored design. It really showcases the tiles true color and beauty. We also added a 10 foot long beveled mirror, which I feel was absolutely worth it, to top off the entire new bathroom design. This place is the best!!! I have a frameless glass shower. The hinges on the door somehow got tweaked and would not close properly. About a 4" gap, meaning whenever the shower was used, the tile floor would get soaked. I had called 3 different shower door repair businesses. Whether the job was too small, I don't know, but was ignored by 2 and stood up by one. I was very upset. Then I called Valencia Custom Shower Doors. Stuart had me send pictures of the door and shower enclosure. He immediately texted me back and said looked like the hinges needed adjustment and we made an appointment for someone to come out the very next day. I used these guys to install a new shower door in 2015 and they did a great job. Last week, when one of the hinges on the shower door broke apart, I had them come out and replace both hinges on the door. Mikey G. arrived (same day!) and was excellent in installing the new hinges. He was nice and did great work. The only thing that is preventing me from giving them five stars is the price. The cost of the two hinges and installation was around half of what I paid for the full cost of a new shower door and installation back in 2015. Yes, I know that was nine years ago, but I didn't expect the cost for just new hinges to be around half of what I paid for the full glass door and installation.
