Apr 16, 2024 UPDATE to my previous 1 Star review from March 11th 2023 Matt, the new owner of Palmdale Glass and Mirror contacted me shortly after I posted my negative review on March 11th, 2023. I was not aware that the business was sold after our windows were installed/replaced. Matt explained he was the new owner and would take responsibility for the previous owners work. He said he would take care of all our concerns and while it took some time, he came through. Unlike the previous owner, Matt was open, honest and showed genuine concern with our issues. Matt is a man of his word. As long as Matt is in charge, I would definitely recommend Palmdale glass and mirror to anyone considering new windows. I change my rating to 5 stars read more

Contacted Palmdale glass and they were very efficient and professional in getting a representative to come to my home and assess the problem and derive a plan to fix. The rep did both and I was given a quote later that day. Seemed to be reasonably priced. Two workers were out in a few days and implemented the plans and finished; removing, inspecting, and sealing 2 windows and replacing a 3rd in approximately 2hours. We wanted to replace our Kitchen and bathroom windows in the old part of our house. This section of the house was built in the 1940's with concrete blocks and existing windows were old crank types. Service guy (can't remember his name) came out and took a look. He suggested Retrofit Window(s) which would work off existing frame so as not to mess with the concrete. We had an estimate within 48 hours which was resonable for the job at hand. The workers showed up on the arranged day and all went smoothly and efficiently. No muss, no fuss.
