Yandry came out with another tech, and he went up in our attic to review. After spending at least an hour reviewing, he advised me to go with another professional that he highly recommende due to their expertise specific to my system. Yandry was extremely professional and courteous ( I might add, they both wore shoe covers). Upon completion, I inquired as to what I owed them, whereas Yandry simply said, " Nothing." A photo of the problem was posted with information detailing the problems. Four were sent - one no reply - one stated to "follow up with them" (follow up on my original question?, that's for them to do, not me). One expressed some fleeting interest - one stepped up like a professional business. I don't know why the other three were so disinterested - I can't say why - but it was unfortunate in the waiting days moments - this problem needed a solution. Brandon from Buckholtz and I were back and forth via YELP Projects drilling into the details, I didn't have to wait, there was no delays in responding on his part. A landscape company cracked the PVC pipe and tubing within the six zone system and the valves also were not functioning properly due to the heavy pounding, digging and cutting in an attempt to install root barriers. In addition there were sprinkler heads that were encumbered with tree roots & therefore just weren't in great functional condition and in Florida, lawn maintenance & curbside appeal matter. Brandon resolved all of the sprinklers issues (and there were more than a few) he rebuilt portions of the sprinkler system so the system would no longer be an issue in the future Sensitive to the severity of the situation - under the oppressively hot sun Brandon resolved every and all of what's been plaguing the property for months and is returning to do a walk thru and to perform additional system tweaks if necessary.

We have had them come out twice in the last month - we have two units and two handlers (two-story house). Nothing can ever be repaired, which I find very suspicious. The tech seems nice, but when we first called to inquire on their service to our upstairs unit, they told us they needed to replace our Goodman A/C unit "with the exact same thing you have" only to come back the next day and find they replaced it with a Tuttokool unit. And the second time the came out (for the other unit), they said the handler and the ac unit BOTH had to be replaced, for $8500. I called to inquire why the replaced the old Goodman brand ac unit with Tuttokool, and they just stated that they ac unit was outdated and the one we had was no longer current with new compressor laws. Plausible, but weird. They didn't see any problem in how the presented the words "replacement", and I probably should have voiced a concern that the replacement would be the exact same brand and look. But, alas - I did not and that's probably on me. I know the house is 20 years old, but - what the chances both break within the same month and now the second unit and handler have to be replaced? Service response time is great, but I am not convinced they are being truthful to all their customers.
