I had an issue with my Hayward pool heater heat pump system in that it was taking forever to heat up. 1st tech from another company knew nothing and bled all the freon into the atmosphere and left. 2nd tech added freon but never evacuated the system first. 3rd tech checked some wires and checked the pressures but still had the exact same issues. Nick came out and evacuated the system and recharged it which solved the slow heating issue. But then we discovered an elusive HP error code that caused my heater to shut off prematurely. Nick stuck by the problem and did a lot of research and correspondence with me and made several trips and didn't bill me for all his time while troubleshooting the problem.
