This is a small, yet bustling restaurant. A U-shaped bar wraps around a fully visible kitchen. Service and experience are quite incredible. The menu is mostly small plates, intended to be shared and may come out as they're ready. We were just the two of us and here's what we ordered: We started it all off with Naan e Barbari and chose Zhoug and Za'aluk sauces to go with that. Then we moved onto Crispy Violet Artichokes, the Labneh, Hatzil, Parsley, the Fattoush salad and the Chilli Cauliflower. Along with these came the Coffee Rub Chicken, and the Pata Negra Pluma as our main proteins. Every bit of this experience and every plate is exquisite. I couldn't recommend The Barbary enough. The sea bream was very bland and dry -- highly disappointing for the most expensive item on the menu. We ended on a high note with the affogato dessert (Yum!), but for such an expensive meal, there were just a few too many misses for us.
