Insurance originally inspected the damage and determined it was a builder oversight and nothing they can do. Brandon and Amity took over this project with haste. We had public adjusters, private contractors, and designated teams to fight the insurance company. After a couple of inspections we only got them to cover only 10% of the project. That wasn't good enough for Amity (and us). They fought tooth and nail for over 10 months until we finally got the approval and payment we needed to get this project going and to make sure my family was taken care of. They replaced the entire roof, all the gutters, and renovated the whole garage interior and exterior. It was truly a crazy experience. The roof itself only took a day. The gutters and garage a day as well. Very efficient team from start to finish. We ended up selling the house and moving a few months after the project was finished, but this roof and reno definitely improved the market value of my home. His workers broke one of my solar censor light, and they did not install the gutter guard correctly on the patio that it leaks when it rains. I sent all these pictures to him on April 18. He said he'll come by to fix it. It is July 22, it is not fixed. I started calling him last month, to see when he'll come and fix, plus the guard that they installed did not secure properly and leaves coming down the gutter, clogging on this sprout. Victor said he will come by last Friday, which he did not show up. And I've been calling him almost every day to this week, I've been texting him, leaving him voicemail, and also sending him email. I'm very disappointed in how Victor is handling this situation. I know he's reading my text messages. I hope he comes and fix this issue otherwise I would have to proceed with Legal complaint.
