WARNINGWARNINGDO NOT ever use Valerie's cleaning service!!! She called me back right away. I told her I needed heavy cleaning. I have a three room apartment and a small Hair Salon. Windows, blinds, things I can't get to. They were so nice.She told me $400.00 For a good job, it was worth it to me, a lot of money,but I expected a good job. They arrived at 11:00 am and were finished at 1:45. I told them right away that they did not do my light in the kitchen or the top to my frigerator, they did a half assed job very quick. When they left and I looked around, I wondered what they actually did!! I felt royally ripped off. I was a fool to pay them cash, but I did. I called her up and told her I was not at all happy with the job.She told me she had to speak with her husband. I told her I wanted at least $100.00 back. She has not returned my calls, and will not answer my calls at all.I have told people what I spent, they looked around and agreed that they took my money for nothing. When I told her I would give her a bad review, she said "I've taken everyone of those people to court" Let me tell you her very nice attitude turned VERY ugly. I have been ripped off. I have accepted that. This is the first very bad review I have written, but she deserves worse. Fake from the start. False advertising,the web site shows these two neat, smiling ladies. I don't know where she got those pictures from. That is not who you get. Valerie is a shister,fake,phoneyand a fraud. Take me to court little girl, I would welcome it. NEVER let this woman clean your house SHE'S A LIAR amongst other things!!! I also saw the VIDEOS of her 1. Going into a room she was ordered on numerous accounts not to enter. 2. Going through and looking at personal mail/ banking information. 3. And taking things which included personal information out of the room for at least 5-6 mins. Her excuse, she needed a piece of paper. I WAS THERE, does she not know how to ask? The house wasn't even done being cleaned, we had to notify her via text to let her know what was not yet finished. After seeing the videos the police instructed us to not have her return. She was getting paid to do a through top to bottom cleaning job. They, as in her and another girl did not finish the kitchen, or dust the TV room at all. It's a very large house in need of a through spring cleaning if the people living there could do it they wouldn't have had to hire someone! And SHE'S NOT HAD THE BUSINESS FOR 24 YEARS. LIAR!!!!!! I Have to say that what I read I don't believe, Valeries Cleaning Service has a reputation of being a legit company. I have never had any problems nor encountered any of my friends that use this service having any problems and we leave money jewels check laying around. we have sent over 27 people to this company because we value them as outstanding in the cleaning field. I love the job they do and will recommend this company to anyone. Valeries is the one company that allows monthly billing and as many properties as I own this is a blessing and I love being able to pay with credit unlike most cleaning companies checks are made out to Valeries Cleaning Service not john doe. this company has been doing service with myself and many friends for quite a few years and we will continue to do so. Valerie and her crew has been cleaning our home monthly for a couple of years now and we wouldn't trade her or her services for anyone else. It is always the unhappy people that write reviews but few happy customers take the time. I Just Purchased a Home in Wallenpaupack Lake area and found valeries cleaning service ,i am not a person who believes in everything I read on yelp because I know how people are I have to say they were perfect in cleaning every detail was taken care of. Price was great, The two ladies that cleaned were very nice and yes trustworthy.I like the option of paying by credit card not many cleaning services offered this.
