I emailed this company on a whim because I just went back to work and needed some help with cleaning my house. They responded promptly and came within a few days of my request. It was a great experience I had with them. They did exactly what I asked. Everything was nice and clean when I came home, even the inside of my washing machine that I neglected to clean myself!! They assured me that they wouldn't use any harsh chemicals as I have a newborn and a new house with all new furniture. All my belongings were clean and in place! No damages and most importantly, nothing missing. I was certainly happy with the services rendered and will definitely use them again. John walked me through every step of the cleaning process and his attention to detail really impressed me. We live in an older house that is covered in carpet - including kitchen and bathrooms. John came in and not only worked around my schedule, he kept his word on the timing of 2 days and the price of the job. We are looking to sell our Mom's get away house and it needed a good cleaning done since no one had been up there in 2 years. I contacted Pure Pro Cleaning and John was very responsive. We made arrangements for him to meet my Mom and Sister at the property so he could see what needed to be done. John provided an estimate later the same day. We scheduled the job and when he was finished he sent pictures and videos of the completed work.
