It really does work to spice up everything. There's not much salt in it, so it works on anything without over-salting. Anyways, it's great, but as I venture into cooking with the other blends, each one has its own depth of flavor that completely sets it apart while every blend has a bit of a smoky flavor and a background heat from whatever chilies they use. my favorite is still their season-all, but it's the lamb seasoning that actually blew me away. Haven't tried it on lamb once, but it has this complex herby flavor with hints of rosemary, dry mustard and ginger. It's phenomenal on roast chicken and potatoes. they also have a blend for chicken that's like a bbq flavor, pork is a sweet and smoky blend, beef is a smoky pepper flavor, Hooked is their fish seasoning that is just packed full of bright herb flavor and onion but still with a mellow smoky background flavor. the last one is called pecking order and it's for poultry like turkey. it's got a light flavor, real savory, but I'm not sure what all I can do with it yet.
