This is one of the biggest convenience stores with not only snacks and drinks. They have tools, supplies for your vehicles, t-shirts, cups, a couple of fast-food restaurants. The 18 wheelers have their Diesel Pumps on the first turn out before the convenience store. The personal vehicles and light trucks or RVs can refill their gas tanks on the second turn out passed the building. They have a truck stop for 18 wheelers, and RVs stop with a short walk back to the building for lunch, dinner, snacks, drinks, or simply if you need to use the restroom. The restroom is big and clean. This is one of the best stops on I-5. Check them out; you'll not be disappointed!

I've noticed this gas station time and again during my drive between NorCal and SoCal and marked it as "the one going solo..." Only because there was nothing else near it. Literally. ANYWAY! I figure I'd go check it out... So, I get out of the freeway to get to it. It was a bit tricky in the dark - no lines, no guide which way to go. Just its own non-marked driveway. I pull up and... $4.99/gallon?!?! My immediate reaction: NOPE. I Yelped to see where the next gas station is: 16 miles away. I was betting they would be cheaper, so... I BOUNCED. And this is where non-marked lanes to get out is important: there are TONS of big rig trucks coming in and outta here. If you're not careful, you might just get CRUSHED. Like many fellow Yelpers pointed out, it's far too expensive. Sorry, 76: I doubt you'll be a choice of gas stop in the future.

My radiator hoses sprung a leak and I could have gotten stuck in the dessert somewhere, but KC Tire was there with a POSITIVE attitude and the right tools to drop everything he was doing to help me get back on the highway without delay. The grandfather helped me, his son assisted, and the grandson watched and joked with me. They are GOOD Men. Did not take advantage of me and charge me an arm and a leg. Also, on the way back from my pickup, my battery light was blinking on my dash and I feared the worst , that my alternator was shot. KC Tire was just closing up shop for the day, it was late, 6pm, but they saw that I was stressed and once again sprung into action, they tested my alternator, saw that it was still working fine, and that really put my mind at ease. Coolant and oil slurry everywhere, melted plastic and hoses, a real mess. Ralph had it towed in, and while I hitched a ride out of town up north, he found all the specific hoses, gaskets, reservoirs, and parts, and had the ability to send the head to a machine shop to check for warping and resurfacing. I had the car shipped up today (he was able to watch over my car for quite some time until I was able to arrange transport) and it drives like a new 45 year old car. Fantastic work, an absolute lifesaver, and a joy to work with, all at a great price!
