Drawers open ALL THE WAY so you have access to the entire drawer box. Crown Mouldings are tight at top and finished with base shoe at the countertop. I remember being so impressed when the cabinets were installed because each piece had a computer generated code so it would match with the computer generated layout from the software they utilize. A puzzle to you and me is a day at the office for them. Expected Detail work like having drawers aligned vertically and horizontally is delivered and appreciated. Fernando and crew will do that for you, too. (You KNOW there are cabinet makers/installers out there who look the other way.) Be patient. They're busy because they're that good. When your project is addressed, you'll be taken care of.

I wanted inset drawers and doors, and that is an art, do I didn't go with the lowest cost options from the Valley. The photos on their website look so elegant, I thought it was unlikely I could afford them, but when their bid came in it was substantially below the competition. My contractor mostly works with another cabinet-maker who was impressive but cost prohibitive. The designer worked hard on squeezing everything into a small space. Misalignment of many doors & drawers causing bumping & rubbing noises. Stain of the espresso didn't cover the entire face of the doors so there is a faint pale line bordering every one. Builder has us on a waiting list to get repairs so we contacted Monschein ourselves. Gustavo( head of customer service) came to our house 2 months ago, agreed that cabinets were poorly done & would send a tech out very soon. A tech came out with a really bad attitude & no action plan whatsoever.

We ended up hiring them to install our new lowers and counters. The outlet is filled with samples on the showroom floor which is super helpful for picking out your cabinets, counters and finishes. They even let us check out samples and bring them home to help decide on what we would be installing. Before placing the order, Wade came out and measured our kitchen and helped put together a quote based on the arrangement we wanted. They put together 3D renderings of our kitchen to show us the layout alongside the quote. Their install team did quick work, and overall did a good job for what we paid for. We had a few small issues with caulking and hardware , but the salesperson Wade made sure all the issues were handled promptly.

Well, the problem is that they took improper measurements and then came out to deliver an entire new countertop that was not measured correctly. So the edges were too short and way to long in other areas. They were going to glue it on and I stopped them. Told them to take it back. The guy claimed it's because my wall isn't even...wow! I'm no professional but I'm pretty good at math and can tell you that measurements weren't accurate. I'm so upset and frustrated that this is such a big deal. So as my countertop is ugly and bare I have to wait even longer for them to "try" and get it right.
