I came in to use the restroom because I had food poisoning from a restaurant I had visited. Gas station bathrooms are always last resort especially since I had surgery last month making me susceptible to infection. I was very happy to be allowed to use the bathroom. While I was using the bathroom keep in mind I'm really sick one of the employees comes knocks on the door telling me to hurry up. I don't know anyone else but I don't ever time my bathroom detours especially when ill. I told them I was almost done which was true just had to wipe. I come outside and it's a woman now I explained to my boyfriend what they did and he told me she just arrived they rushed me out the restroom for a white woman that wasn't there even a minute. Listen guys & gals gas prices in California let alone the Bay Area are outrageous. But at least we have gas station like this Valero to take our money with style. I really love the club vibes I got when I walked into this gas station around 8am to fill up my tank. They had a Khalid YouTube playlist playing on a nice big flatscreen which had everyone inside jamming, That was pretty cool. Overall I felt okay giving up all my rent money in gas, I quess I was distracted by the smell of coffee and the music. This location is very convenient for anyone that has to fill up their rental cars and very close to the 101 for a quick off & back on pit stop. And the price is a little less than it's competitor down the street. I even got a free 12oz coffee for checking in on YELP, YES BABY YELP! #Winning. This is my "go-to" gas station for refueling rental cars before I return them to Hertz at San Francisco International Airport. This is right next to Shell and a little cheaper. I don't buy that the quality of the gas is that much different between these brands and believe they all come from the same refineries...look it up. They probably get all the rental car traffic before drop off given the proximity to the airport. read more

Old skool. Not a lot to choose from in the mart. No regular size bags of chips. Just the minature size is offered. Also, a lot of riff raff coming over from the Ihop/Travelodge. I spend most of my time in the car. Which is location changed the prices this place became my best friend! I love the fact that the gas is 7 cents cheaper then it is in the south bay. I love how clean they keep the place not only on the inside but on the outside! Almost every time i am there, someone is outside cleaning the pumps the trash or something. It shows that they take the time to keep the place nice. The people working in there, almost always a smile and they take the time to say hello. Not many places even do that anymore. This place is right off 101, at airport, so its easy to find and on the way off the 101, they have the price marked. Not much too say but maybe as Anne went into the store to purchase some drinks. Come to learn that they do not give plastic bags on purchases or even have them available. Instead you can purchase a paper bag to carry your items. After my initial shock about this, I came to realize that this is actually a good idea because it should help reduce the waste of plastic bags. In theory at least. No issues with getting gas, other than the price. It was a typical price. It might be worth other retail establishments taking a look at reducing the use of plastic. read more

As a former employee I can tell you personally that the management encourages their employees to overcharge customers/ring up items that were never there, most of the milk and chips and sandwiches are going to be past their expiration date. Gas is more often than not 40 to 50 cents cheaper up the street. The last manager they hired robbed the store because the owner changes wages about as much as he changes gas prices, and they've been afraid to hire almost anyone since, so if you have an issue it's not going to get resolved after 3pm, when all three managers leave. read more

If you have a rental car this is the best gas station to use. Upon exiting the station make a right on South Airport and stay in the left lane and it takes you directly to the SFO Rental Car Center. As for gas prices, they are cheaper than the rental car companies will charge you. read more

This is the unofficial Uber/Lyft break room. The staff is great they are always nice and have a great customer service. The bathrooms are always open and clean! This is the only gas station that puts up decorations all year they change them every few weeks which is a great little treat. Maybe its just me and no I don't think she was racist, but here's the thing about customer service no matter were you work.....and that's to please the customer no matter how big or small. Sorry to all never say the customer I always right, and I've entertained some rude folks. The lady attend was using the microwave to warm up there breakfast sandwiches, after getting a burrito and paying for my food. I politely ask if it was at all possible to use the microwave, normally I would have waited but I was starving. And she says with a slight hesitation I'm busy with the microwave at the moment now me personally I would have moved my stuff and let the customer especially after they just spent their money and I know it's 3:30 in the morning but personally I was ready to return all my stuff and get my money back people in and Retail or any job with this a customer can and will find an alternative and those put in those positions making sure that the customers happy are also the ones that the customer decide whether to come back or not read more

Credit card fraud - cost me $85 extra. I had to pre-pay $25 to use my foreign credit card at the pump. I topped up with $10 of gas. The pump printed the final receipt when I was done. When I arrived home I discovered that the receipt had had 5 packs of American Specials and 5 packs of Newports listed on it, added to the cost of the petrol. Total cost $95.82 Rip off. read more

Valero SFO is so close to Airport. I hate waiting in lines for gas, Costco is just down the street, the lines are long. At Valero I spent $2.00 more for 20 gallons of gas, but I was in and out.
