The only problem I have is getting your payment of the money you won in the case is slow and they don't really seem to care about getting it to you. Called them a week ago to see if I have a valid claim. Filled out their intake form and all that good stuff. They get back to me about a week later or so to tell me they won't be able to handle my situation/claim. (They told me they'll get back to me within 48 hrs & it was more like 96) Anyways...Okay cool, no problem. I'd like to find out why, and just bc I'd like that information for myself in case I need to go to someone else. So, I asked why and they tell me bc they have way too many cases to take care of right now and they won't be able to handle it. Then why in the hell would you have me fill out an intake form? Why even offer their services if they can't "take any more cases bc their so backed up" maybe to them, my claim wasn't profitable enough? Maybe it's a dead end. Be straight up. I'm so glad they didn't want to accept my claim bc now I see them for who they really are: unethical.
