We originally were supposed to travel w/10 families, but 6 cancelled due to the cartel leader being unalived over a month ago. We almost cancelled our trip due to the travel advisory and friends and family advising us not to go for safety reasonings. We had no issues on our trip and even travelled into town to do some glass shopping. Anyhow, I chose this company based off the good reviews and we wanted a trust worthy transportation company during this uncertainty. First off, I'm so glad I saved the pic of the directions on how to find them after baggage claim. Since it was our time in PV I didn't know what to expect at the airport. I can tell you that the shark tank with of scammers that don't work Vallarta will "pretend" they work for the company and will ask you for your name and try to mislead you that they are Vallarta transfers in the airport area where you see all the signs. I remember to meet with the people in the airport but my hubby and I almost fell for it cause they literally let us know that they were looking for us and worked for Vallarta transfers. Has actually called they said before you exit the airport. I can't believe we does. It seem so truthful. Read this! Do not talk to anyone in the airport for this company. They will say they work for the company and they don't and they will sign you up with a separate ticket. Those are scammers and should get arrested for this.!! I yelled at them to leave us alone! They are great liars and con-artists!! Ignore and BEWARE !! Exit airport and walk to left and cross the cross walk where you see the yellow stripes on side walk... you will than see a tall blue flag with "Vallarta Transfers" and a sign with your name. It was very nice to hear that we were at the right spot. That day was so crowded because it was a holiday weekend. And our driver had to wait an extra hour for us. Anyhow, it was very nice and relieved to see the right company and it was nice to be drinking a coronarita on the way to the resort. All the staff was very friendly and talkative. One person name that stood out was "Christopher". I remembered his name because my brother's name and he was very helpful giving us suggestions and telling us about the town. anyhow, the airport is 15 minutes from "Dreams" if anyone wants to know. We ended up doing the one-way pay instead of the round-trip pay. I guess we could've saved 30 bucks if we would've booked Uber XL on the way to the airport. We are promised that we would get beer on the way to the airport when we returned, please see the photo of the receipt. Then they emailed me and said sorry, we only do beer when we welcome you at the airport, but not when we drive you back on your departure. So that is why I give the four star review because in the email invoice they indicated they would give us beers both ways but it wasn't true.. It was $60-65 one way w/o tip. What I should've done was book Uber XL from resort to airport as it was giving me quotes for $17-23 one way without tip. We just had a ton of luggage that is why we booked it both ways. Ended up taking a Uber to town mid trip. It cost us $7 each way. We didn't have a bad experience. I Hope this review Will help you out on your next adventure. Yes we would use it again for one way only if we had less luggage. If You're traveling with no kids and less luggage and I would say go for the UberXL you will save money.

The drive took about 45 minutes to the Conrad. They returned to pick us up like promised. Arrived when they said they would and took us back in a private car. At the Puerto Vallarta airport, we walked past all the drivers with their signs until we exited the airport and was outside. Right outside, we found our name and Vallarta Vamanos representative. He double-checked our information, reminded us to pay the amount in cash, and offered us bottled water. Then, he directed us over to the side of the road where our driver would meet us. Alvaro was the one who picked us up and drove us over to Punta de Mita which is about 45 minutes away. He was friendly and told us about the surrounding area, like the new Vidanta World that is being built in Puerto Vallarta. He asked if we wanted to stop for some great seafood, there was no extra cost to make a little stop before we got to our destination. So we said sure, and he brought us to Bucerias and we ate at a nice restaurant where he said they go out to get fresh oysters. The oysters were huge! We enjoyed the meal and he sat with us and he told us some stories. The view was nice since it was sunset time. Afterwards, we went on our way again and he brought us to our hotel. He was super nice and friendly! Our ride back to the airport after a few days of vacation was also pleasant. Our driver was someone else and he was also professional and friendly.

We were 8 ppl total (4 were kids ranging from 1-5years old) so I rented a private van. I had requested 3 car seats since my oldest can sit in an actual seat if needed. Pickup at Airport to Hotel: We were greeted with a sign at pickup. Three diff folks in Airgo uniform was helping us with our luggage. When we got to the private van, I saw that car seats weren't loaded. We asked & they quickly went to go get some. However the seatbelt for my infant car seat wouldn't tighten. My daughters car seat wouldn't buckle. We were not impressed with the experience. Pickup at Hotel to Airport: After the first experience, I emailed specifically mentioning that I need 3 working car seats. Of course, private van showed up with one car seat only. I was so disappointed! The ride is a 20 min ride and I felt uncomfortable the entire time. I would not recommend this car transportation company.

My fantasy became a bit of a nightmare when my flight was changed/delayed and I was unable to get in contact with the Discover in a timely fashion. Once we landed, I saw that there were multiple missed calls and messages from the service. I thought for sure that they would not be able to pick us up. Contrary to my worst nightmare, they were still able to complete the pickup AND we were still able to make our Walmart stop. This was a huge relief and our driver Marco made us feel calm after a nerve-racking couple of hours on plane and the thought that we would be stranded at the airport. Upon return to the airport, we had a very tight pickup window because of my work Zoom call that I could not miss. Marco was our return driver as well and he was right on time and whisked us off to the airport without issue. We tipped him for his outstanding service and he even took a pic with us for our memories and this review. I wholeheartedly recommend them and if you do need to make changes because of flights, (unlike me) try to reach out ASAP so they are able to accommodate your transfer. It takes 45 minutes of back and forth to get a straight answer on whether or not the $80 vehicle we've paid for is actually on the way or not (reading my reservation information to me and then claiming they didn't receive it; saying the driver is stuck in traffic and running late and then saying no one was ever sent). They finally admit a car was never dispatched and somehow said it was our problem to figure out.. leaving our family of 3, with a one year old, running late to the airport, with no car seat and no transportation. I contacted the company immediately and was told a supervisor would call me back. None did, so I emailed Dinora, my contact, explained the situation and asked her to make it better. She emailed back and explained our original ride was stuck in traffic, an inexcusable excuse for a transportation company & they took it upon themselves to provide a lesser option. Because I contacted them, they offered a $6 refund. They failed to provide that which I paid for and they failed to make it better after their mistake had been pointed out.
