Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, I was met with vague answers, endless excuses, and ultimately no real support. Even more concerning, Sebastian Segovia, the Head of Customer Service, was involved and still failed to provide any meaningful resolution. To make matters worse, the company initially offered complimentary piece as compensation, only to backtrack and withdraw that offer without explanation. Since then, communication has essentially stopped altogether. The lack of accountability extends to the top. CEO Pedro Avilés has been entirely absent and unresponsive throughout this process, which speaks volumes about the company's leadership and priorities. Between the excessive delays, damaged goods, broken promises, and complete lack of follow-through, this has been one of the worst customer experiences I've had. Proceed with extreme caution.
