Long story short, after I paid they said they don't do that kind of jobs there. They did nothing, not even a general or quick cleaning. Then, they tried to sell me an insurance, in their own words: it is something like a credit card. But why I would need a credit card of a place where they don't do want I need? Of you choose to take your children to this place be prepared to wait over an hour just to be called in and then another hour to actually see the dentist. There is always a different dentist and orthodontist so you will always have to explain the history to a different person. They forced my daughter to wear a space maintainer or years even after I told them it was bothering her. They finally agreed to remove it and wanted to put her under for the procedure and throw in some crowns and idk what else. I refused and insisted that they only remove the space maintainer. I waited over an hour to be called on and then waited for some more because the dentist was out to lunch. Why schedule someone at a time when. You're going to be out for lunch???? Then they wanted to take her in by herself. After more insisting they allowed me to go in with her and it took 5 MINUTES for the "procedure". Unbelievable. Seriously, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Implants, crowns, bone graft, fillings, replacement fillings, replacement crowns, gum graft, etc. Have been going to the for over three years. No issues with the procedures. Friendly, safe, clean, and speak very good English (better than my Spanish). Shuttle service from Garcia's (one block from the border) to Dental BioDesign (3 blocks from the border). Garcia's has a fantastic restaurant and gift shop, as well as a pharmacy. Cost is approximately 40% if done in the United States. Procedures are the same as in the United States, as well as their equipment is purchased in the United States.
