If not only for the excellent dental cleaning, the staff is both friendly and professional and I always leave with a (much cleaner) smile! I sometimes forget I'm at a dentist's office and think I might have stumbled into a spa as I always get a warm wax hand-dip (followed by a hand massage after the cleaning), music to listen to via headphones, and sunglasses so the light doesn't hurt my eyes during the cleaning. I have never had a bad experience here and have had all my dental needs met at Dr. Franks' office. "A little pressure here, you're gonna feel a little pinch,you're gonna feel a little cold, I'm just gonna polish it". He made me feel calm by letting me know what to expect every step of the way. I have filed a grievance with the Insurance about this dental office. This office practice is Unethical and should be reported to the State of TX. This place is awful . I used to go here when I was 15 until 25. 10 years of my life ruined and…read moreneglected by the staff of this office . They would get you numb. Leave you there to rot, forget about you because they were triple and quadruple booked . They would neglect the service they were doing , and do a half done job. Drs would diagnose fillings for nothing, and do large fillings in place . I saw drs because they would pass you around like mashed potatoes during thanksgiving dinner . One dr would diagnose , one dr would numb and forget about you , and one dr would do the filling . Some of the hygienists would leave tartar behind . Just use the prophy angle to smooth it all out and polish your teeth . My teeth are now jacked up because of them . The filling had major overhang !! My whole family no longer goes there.
