I had seen a negative review beforehand that honestly made me a little tense, but it ended up being completely misleading compared to our experience. He made us feel reassured, and we fully trusted his lead and judgment throughout the appointment. Thank you, Dr. Archambault, for your professionalism and care The office is also very nice and clean, you can tell they take care of their space!

We came in for a well visit for our daughter and discussed a few items with our doctor one of which was stomach issues which she was having for a few weeks to that point. Since this was a large concern of ours we asked for a CAT scan just to make sure everything is okay. Again this may be overboard possibly but we just want to make sure nothing major is going on. The doctor deterred our concern and said it will likely go away and the CAT scan isn't necessary. Well it's been over a month since that visit and our daughter is still complaining about her stomach. I call in to the office to get a referral at this point and what does the doctor say. We need to come in for another appointment and not only that but the representative said the stomach issues weren't even noted in her medical records. Im a business owner myself and to me this seems like a bit of a cash grab considering they're requiring another visit to discuss something we've already talked about (though apparently we didn't?? Hmm). One other cash grab item that disturbed me last visit was a cholesterol scan they 'recommended' but no one told us the results until we asked?? Again I just don't like the professionalism and not sure i understand the motives. Is it actually my kids health or is it what's best to benefit the corporation?

This review is long over due I feel. I came here on: April 29, 2026, for an emergency appointment…read morefor my daughter who was complaining of chest pain and having trouble breathing. I called to schedule, and received an appointment the same day. We were scheduled to see Dr. Jordan on this day for our emergency appointment. Our regular PCP is Dr. Park. Dr. Jordan was amazing in giving my daughter the acute care she needed at that time. She truly cared; made me and my daughter feel comfortable and I believed saved her life that day. Enrique "Ricky" the nurse, also was very helpful, attentive and great to double check my daughter's symptoms, throughout the treatment she was receiving on that day. Both he and Dr. Jordan were a great team in coordinating what needed to be done. They went above and beyond than just checking off the boxes. We felt like we were in good hands. The following day, we had a follow-up appointment with Dr. Park, who also provided exceptional care; answered all my concerned mom questions and ordered up tests, just to rule anything else out. Additionally, the nice young lady, who was working at the front desk of the "sick" side of the clinic on both days, was also great in scheduling my daughter's acute follow-up appointment and very compassionate to my daughter's needs. I wish I got her name but please let her know, if there is a way to find who helped us. Overall, the team is great here; very knowledgeable and caring and am truly grateful for their support on both days!

This review is for the billing department…read more The overcharged us and refused to refund us. 3 months after appointment they refuse to file claim to get their portion from my insurer, instead they keep sending bills to us. Care maybe okay but the rest of the experience is horrific. Update: we have reached out to raise this overpayment multiple times, each time we were told that the insurer needs to direct the refund. It is clear from our insurer's portal that we have overpaid, and yet the clinic refuse to refund.

I am really impressed with Dr. Bissonnette. He truly takes his time in getting to know your child…read more I never felt rushed during any office visits. My child had a pretty severe case of reflux as an infant and he asked so many questions and really tried to get to the root of the problem and came up with a great plan of action. He really seems to care about his patients. He has taken the time to return my calls personally and discuss my concerns. What really blew me away was the phone call I received today. Unfortunately, we switched insurance companies and could no longer see Dr. Bissonnette. I should have let him know at the time, but we got so busy I forgot. That was about 7 months ago. Today he called (yes, you read that right, Dr. Bissonnette personally called, not his secretary) to check in. He had assumed we switched doctors, but wanted to see if I wanted records faxed to our new doctor. He then spent several minutes speaking with me about my child. I could not believe the level of service he provides. I only wish we could switch insurance plans and return to him. I highly recommend taking your child to see him. You will definitely be in good hands!

This review is from my experience with Dr. Shawn Bissonnette at his practice in San Diego 17 years…read moreago. I was in my early 20's and I took my then-one-year-old to Dr. B to be seen for a respiratory illness. During the appt, I mentioned that I, too, was feeling under the weather. Dr. B offered to also take a look at me while I was there. I considered it a kind gesture and agreed. Instead of listening to my heartbeat over my clothing, or on my back, Dr. B reached up under the front of my sweatshirt with his bare right hand. He was holding the base of the stethoscope in his fingers, and slowly moved his hand up past my belly button and slipped his right hand under my bra with the stethoscope, cupping my entire left breast in his bare palm. He continued to cup my breast in his hand as he held the base of the stethoscope on the outside edge of my left breast. I felt violated and embarrassment and I left immediately without saying anything. I could not shake the sick feeling days after, so I consulted with two nurses from another practice to explain what happened. They both encouraged me to file a complaint. But I was young and scared and didn't know what to do. And never did. A week later, I called Dr. B's front office to let them know my son would not be returning. When asked why, I got emotional and started to cry as I explained the incident. Without asking, the receptionist put Dr. B on the phone. I confronted him, but he played dumb. He responded by saying he was "used to working with babies" and listened to my heartbeat the "same way as he does with the babies." At that point, I became angry and said point blank that he "knew exactly what he did." He was quiet, then asked if I was going to file a complaint. When I responded no, he simply said "thank you." I hung up. That was the last time I spoke to him. It's been 17 years and I can still feel the sick feeling that I felt that day in his office. I'm tired of carrying this and I'm leaving this review as closure. Hopefully this was an isolated incident.
