Make sure you check the price on the pump because on March 29th, 2026 I gas-up at this Shell station And on their advertised sign, it says $6.29 per gallon for using credit/debit card. When I was pumping (Pump #2) gas, I noticed the price on the pump says (see photo evidence) $6.39 instead of the advertised price of $6.29. THIS IS FALSE ADVERSTIEMENT (Violantion of CA State Laws: SB-1524 section 1770). I will be filing a complaint with the state, otherwise they may continued to rip-off consumers.

We stopped in on a trip south when we were running on empty. The station is really spacious, with plenty of room to pull in and out without circumnavigating a ton of other cars. The shop is also clean and well stocked. The pumps were fast and efficient and the price of gas, while still super high, was better than you'd get at your average Chevron or Shell station. It's nothing sexy, but it is nice to know there is a gas station you can call your preference when in a particular area. Considering we drive through Fresno quite often, I will be coming back here again the future.

You pay the same whether it's debit or credit card. All other gas stations charge you more if you use a credit card. I stopped coming to Costco Gas because it there were long lines even on weekday mornings. This is my second trip on a weekend day in the past few weeks in which there was hardly anyone here. The reason why this location deserves a 5 stars is for the generous attendant that pumped gas for an elderly lady at the pump behind me. The attendant told the woman "May I pump your gas for you? You look so cozy and warm in your car." You don't see that sort of service anymore and I thought it was really kind of him.

My last trip driving to LA, I stopped at the ARCO just off the freeway in far north Fresno. Now I…read morefind out that it's closed, grrrrr. So this time, we stopped off here. This ARCO is far enough off the freeway to be missed, so it has better prices than others catching 99 drivers. Including the one on Fresno Ave where we stopped on our way back. It's much older than the one that was on Herndon Ave. I like ARCO, but I gave this one three stars instead of four. Its AM/PM has the normal things, or at least it's set up for that. We were going to have our dinner meal with AM/PM food (yeah, we're high class, all right). At 6pm, they had almost nothing available. Most AM/PMs have lots of hot food for purchase at great prices. This AM/PM had great prices, but the pickins were slim. I had a chicken burrito that was kinda bleah. At least we convinced our girl to eat that smoked ham & chicken sandwich, and she ate the whole thing. And they do have those monster glasses to put your Coke into. Oh well, it's ARCO, home of low gas prices.

I have had a few issues with the pumps and being able to pay at the pump. But, the attendants are typically very kind and attentive and walk out to let you know that a pump is malfunctioning. I work nearby and get our car washed here about once a month. It is a handwash gas station that is cheap and they do a good job. There is a tv and a few chairs and tables while you wait for the car wash. The chairs and tv are dated...but, they're there. The convenience store is also a bit odd and dated. The shelves for automotive items are not well stocked, but the food side is! FYI- you can't tip the car wash attendants on a card while you pay for the car wash, you have to bring cash.
