Location is well stocked, but that's not the issue. It's overstocked and crowded, to the point of being messy. Items were just thrown on shelves in any random manor, with a bunch of items just strewn across the ground. There was also at least one expired item that I saw as it's no longer in stock at other stores, with probably others hidden in the store. This Dollar Tree probably needs an expansion and renovation to get cleaned up. Stock is great, but when it's not kept up, it becomes a problem. Giving credit where it's due, cashier was pleasant when checking out.

We told two salespeople that we needed to have the delivery men move the old bed from downstairs to upstairs. When the delivery men arrived they refused to move the bed because there was nothing in their notes about moving a bed. The salespeople never bothered to write it down! So the delivery guys said it would be $60, then $30, then $80 to move the bed. As they were leaving, one of the delivery men said, "If your dog comes near me and bites me, I'm going to kick it." They did come back to finish the delivery, but the owner of the company didn't have the professionalism to call us back! They also didn't know how to set up the new bed we purchased. After spending thousands of dollars on furniture there in the past; we will be buying from another furniture store.

We were so happy with the service, quality, and prices that we went back and got a bedroom set, too. The questions he had weren't rocket science, but he was treated as if he had asked the salesperson to personally drive over to look at our fireplace and offer hours of advice. When you rely on customers (as businesses do, I hear), it's generally good practice to make *some* effort. Absolutely unimpressed.
