They didn't replace the fluid and hide the fact that it happened. My transmission is now shot and is almost $7000.00 to have it rebuild. The manager and Team lead where both there when i picked up my car and didn't bother to tell me that there was a mishap on their part. This happened in may and I am still waiting for compensation. I asked if the insurance would pay for a rental car, which i was told i would have to send them a copy on the invoice. Keep in mind you can only rent a car for 30 days. I don't have the means to pay for a rental car and wait months to get reimbursed for it. Store manager Mike was no help at all when I contacted him, he told me it was an insurance issue. The compensation may be in insurance issue which i have options on them as well. The store manager should be responsible to the customer's complaint and address it, but he doesn't care. I have contacted Walmart Headquarters 3 times and was told i would be contacted, that's a joke because I have yet to hear from anyone.

I always find it a huge disappointment when you walk into one of these and the men's section is almost nonexistent. And what is available is like the leftovers that probably would end up at Goodwill. Very few times have I been able to find anything clothing wise. With the pared down selection, and sparse items, this place felt cavernous. To the point if you weren't in here with other customers, you would feel like you were in a movie where you are the only person left. Customer service was over the top here. That is one area where they did succeed at.

On the morning of 6/30/25 I tried to order $90.00 worth of rugs using my earned cash and was told I couldn't use it because they changed the policy. I plan to return all items, buy them again during Kohls cash days, get my rugs and cut up that card and never shop there again. I won't be surprised if they go out of business. Their customer service and Kohls cash policies are not helping them get business.

When I got home I followed up and talked to another manager and he said something was not right about the way I was treated and agreed to help me out. I walked around for several minutes until I found the area I needed to be in. And when I finally did get to that point I found multiple employees clustered there, ironic, just a bit. That means that it is too big for its own good. Walking in you can visibly see that there is not enough stock to fill the shelves. I don't know if they are setting this store up for closure or they just decided that less stock was better. However, I did end up purchasing a pair of shoes from here nonetheless. After finding them I browsed a bit more, but that didn't take long since, like I just stated, there wasn't much stock to look over. Customer service was kind of amazing when I interacted with the staff. They were helpful and courteous. And if the store is about to close, they did not let on that this was the case.
