Oakes was really understanding, and managed to fit him in without an appointment on a Saturday morning, preventing me from having to go to the animal hospital ($$$). The process of the curb side appointments was explained to be very clearly and in detail. Upon arrival I called to notify I was outside. Within minutes a tech came out to ask follow up questions regarding my cat visit. I provided all the meds and supplements that I give my cat and everyone was extremely patient and explained in detail that what I was giving my cat was good. After my cat was seen, Dr William Dawkins explained what he found in my cat. He was very friendly and explained everything. He was not pushy or giving me unnecessary recommendations of what to do with my cat. Dr only stated a few things to keep an eye on, but said not to worry about at this time. He was very patient in answering all my questions. When my cat was brought back out to my car, her medicine was explained in detail on how to administer it and answered all my questions. All in all I was impressed with the level of professionalism and friendliness from all the staff at this hospital. Everything was a simple process and I was in and out. Highly recommend!

You are in, you are out, the job is done and high volume equates to low prices! Yes, I said "cheap!" I have a friend whose Vet quoted him over $400 for the same service that I get at CSN for just over $100! Further: Their system for handling volume not only gets you a better price, but it does NOT come with the poor people skills usually associated with high volume businesses. These people are genuinely nice and pleasant to deal with! I just ran my second dog through. The first was my dearly departed Shepherd 12 years ago, and yesterday was my new pup. The lady on the phone told me "well you just left and didn't say anything". I don't work there, that is YOUR JOB to ask for payment when the customer comes in. Maybe you need some more training at your job. My dog hasn't even gotten surgery yet, and I am already done with this place!! If I didn't already put down my deposit, I would have gone somewhere else.

Once you are approved, you can fill out your preferences and set a date a couple of days in advance to take a dog out. I loved the "Doggy Day Out" idea and had a blast! There are t-shirts you can purchase as well to wear...the idea is to get others to see the dog and ask questions in case they are interested to adopt them! I had this dog, Kingsley, for about five hours one day. We went on a long walk and then watched some TV for a while! He loved it! If you want to keep the dog overnight you can as well. They provide you with a fanny pack with some poop bags, treats, and a collapsible water bowl. Overall I had a wonderful experience and would come again!

I have had previous vets in other states and Wow...talk about "sticker shock"! They would charge for every little thing, every question it seemed! Then, they would add on the barn call trip fee, as an '"added bonus" :-)!! Dr. Newell is not only smart and excellent at what she does, she also makes sure to give you all of your options financially. There are numerous routes to take in the medical world, and she kindly goes over many of them that will best suit your budget. She is also extremely '"down to earth", with such a pleasant way about her. She never makes you feel rushed, or that your question isn't important. She responds quickly when you call her office, and has no problem calling you after hours. I love how she always remembers details about my horse too! She takes the time to look at the whole horse, and not to just treat the symptom. She has a wealth of knowledge and can quickly diagnose many issues. I am thrilled to have found her and will always highly recommend her!
