I would not have minded to clean her up if they had given me the products to do so. I come back at around 4ish to pick her up, and they said "we tried to get it off." She had her own feces matted in her fur from sitting in it all day. Even throughout her surgery, feces matted on her tail, hindquarters, back legs, all of it. The saddest part is, if you look into any other vets in the state of Virginia, Tennessee, or West Virginia, many are hesitant or will not even accept animals who were treated at this vet because of how bad it is. I can understand them having many animals to perform surgery on, but there is absolutely zero excuse as to why they could not clean my cat before spaying her. My family and I have given them our business for many, many years. Every single year they become more and more of a disaster and a disappointment. Maybe if you cannot properly handle the amount of animal clients you currently have, do not try to overload yourselves and take on more. The entire lobby was full of people picking up their pets from getting spayed/neutered so I'm assuming they have specific days set for it. Either way, this is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable. I cried the entire ride home knowing my cat sat in her own feces the entire day and there was absolutely nothing I could've done about it because I had no clue. I highly recommend staying away from this place, and if your cat has an accident, keep cleaning products and waterless bath to help them in the parking lot before taking them in, otherwise, they'll be sitting in it if it's left up to Crab Orchard.

Thankfully, we stopped using them for anything other than boarding a couple of years ago. Now that they clearly dislike us, there's no chance we will ever leave our dog there again. After anesthetic was given to him we were told the doctor would be fifteen minutes to come back and he wouldn't feel anything, by the time he did come back to us it was wearing off because he was too busy talking to someone else in the main part of the building and because of this my cats last moments were spent in fear instead of being a peaceful passing. If you are looking for a vet in the area I would highly recommend it not be here because they operate with absolutely zero care or compassion in what they do.

They told me if I could trap him to just give him a call and bring them on in anytime so I did. I will say that I had help from a worker for the ASPCA, Rebecca was her name. But I trapped him took him down there they somehow sedated him and checked him out. Luckily no teeth issues it was an ulcer on his tongue. They treated that cleaned his ears done all the things that you would do for a wild animal. I did have him fixed. Hopefully he'll get a lot friendly or now.
