Normally I have a good experience when I come here and deal with Aaron, this time I had a different…read moresalesman named Paul. I called the day before for a new set of tires, agreed on a quote and time for swapping them out. Paul said to come in at 8:00 the next morning and it would be an hour or so. I came in at 7:45 dropped my keys off and reaffirmed the timeline for instal, Paul assured me it would be an hour so I decided to wait In the lobby. About two hours later, another customer flipped out because he'd sat there for 3 hours. Paul had said the same thing to him about it being an hour. The customer paid and left. Needless to say, it was 3 hours of waiting for me too. I was extremely disappointed in the service when spending over $1,300 on tires. The apology was very empty and nonchalant from Paul. I will shop elsewhere from now on.
