The inner tire had a chunk out of it and wasn't repairable. They had a replacement for it at a reasonable cost and we were back on the road in about 30 minutes. As a result, I decide to lower my rating: (1) issues on the Invoice, specifically Section 3: -we were charge for $200~240 labor rate on a job of 2.5 hrs, while the common practice is $110~140/hr -we were charged $252.34 on the intake manifold runner control valve, while Advanced Auto Parts sells the same part at $191.99 (2) issues that were not handled or even mentioned that we will have to deal with on our own: -the air box clamps are both broken (see the pic "air box.png") -pigtail clips are all broken from removing the intake manifold & causing misfires (see the pic "Pigtail clips.png") -the broken map sensor (not 100% percent sure if that is what the part is called tho) is causing Idle issues (see the pic "3rd broken piece.png")

We have wasted time and money simple becaus the business could not keep their practice performance professional & honest. We believe that prospective clients deserve to be alerted of this. (1) the following parts were found broken but were hidden in the invoice; multiple 3rd part body shops we have consulted all aggree that these were unnecessary & unprofessional: -crankshaft position senser was listed in the invoice but not fixed & causing misfires -air box clamps were both broken was but not listed in the invoice -the map sensor was broken & causing Idle issues- -pigtail clips were all broken constantly causing misfires (2) on top of that, we were also overcharged with labor rates & replacement parts, which include: -a $200~240/hr labor rate on a job of 2.5 hrs, while the common practice is $110~140/hr in Cheyenne -$252.34 on the intake manifold runner control valve, while Advanced Auto Parts sells the same part at $191.99 -$29.70 on the intake manifold casket set, while Advanced Auto Parts sells the same part at $11.00
