I waited just over an hour to be called in to the exam room, only to continue to wait an additional thirty minutes - and counting, and I've yet to meet with the Nurse Practitioner Munoz. Finally, 60 seconds of care. I don't know who to blame. I love Dr. Reynoso. I have been his patient for almost 25 years. He's a wonderful doctor, and an even better human being.

The procedure was not done properly so I took my son back to the clinic to get it fixed or at least checked but was told by their office that in order to be seen, I would have to pay the full visit amount, then if the procedure had to be redone, I would be responsible to pay for that as well. No discounts, no refunds what so ever. I had just paid them full price for the procedure just the previous week and now they wanted me to pay again even though it was clearly their PA's mistake.

When I actually did get an appointment (staff had no urgency whatsoever even considering my child's circumstances) it was 2 weeks later. Due to bad weather they then cancelled our appointment claiming the "lights were flickering" when in fact they had no outages.
