Look no further, these guys are the best! We had two leaky third-story balconies that needed to be replaced. The estimate was super fair, and Ron communicated and eased any unfounded worries I had along the way. The demolition crew was quick, clean (yes, astounding for demo), and extremely kind. When it comes to details I'm an absolute psycho. That is one of my toxic traits. I see EVERYTHING, every scratch, every scuff, if something is uneven by 00000.1 millimeters somehow I will see it! They came in with a competitive quote, and even though they were not the lowest quote, I liked them the most, and immediately trusted them the most as well. In 2018 I was looking to get a sunroom replaced. The company I called couldn't do the job so I asked him if there were any builders he knew of and could recommend. He replied, "Oh Valley Builders. They are the best" So I called them and asked them to come have a look. They agreed to do not only the job I had planned but my entire whole house renovation! Lucky, lucky me!! I for once got the best contractors I have ever had. I have renovated five houses and built two from the ground up and I wish I could've had Valley Builders for all of them. Choosing the right contractor for your job is a daunting process. I'm really glad we found Allen & Ron at Valley Builders. They were really straight up and honest about everything. And throughout the entire project (we built an ADU, new driveway and gate) they stayed on budget the whole time. They don't offer you an unrealistic price to get the job. We contracted with Valley Builders to tear out a tile floor, level a 425 sq. foot floor in a basement room and lay new luxury vinyl planks. From the outset, they were impressive! Their Sales Representative, Eli Shemer, also a Senior Project Manager who managed our project, listened very carefully to all of our wants and had some very creative ideas which really added to the flow and beauty of the space. They were not the cheapest of all our bids, but they distinguished themselves by their ability to listen carefully and their attention to detail. And their prices were very reasonable for the quality of services offered. We were also very grateful that they considered coming to our remote location in Ojai and that they accepted the job. The job had its glitches, like any construction job, but again they were amazing. They showed up early in the morning at 7 am on the dot ( after a 2 hour drive in L.A traffic) and did what they said they would, leaving the job site tidy at the end of the day, before another 2 hour homeward drive. And it was a horrible, nasty, backbreaking job, leveling a floor that had dips, peaks and valleys and which was out of level over 3 inches in places. The crew were wonderful, hard working, so very friendly and always happy! By the end we were ready to adopt Ezra and Sammy, they were so lovely. The flooring crew were also great, they laid the floor down in a matter of hours. And Eli was fantastic, he put up with numerous texts, calls, demands etc from a perfectionist couple with great grace. He is an excellent client facing rep for the company because he listens with great empathy and understanding and makes sure that any issues are addressed to the client's satisfaction.
